Does hair remain in the bathroom, on the comb and on the floor in some crazy amounts? In the wake of the first panic, it seems that everything is a sentence. But in most cases, the problem can be solved with simple methods and a drop of attention. Fear not, we've already figured out what to do if your hair falls out!
Hair Loss Causes
If hair suddenly begins to fall out in a larger amount than usual, this type of hair loss is called diffuse and is considered female. Alopecia or baldness is more common in men, and most often it is a genetic issue. And what in everyday life is called seasonal hair loss, usually occurs due to banal vitamin deficiency - a serious deficiency of vitamins and minerals.
Hair can begin to fall out due to severe stress, negative external influences, or taking specific medications. Sometimes the reason is an exacerbation of chronic diseases or infection. Inflammatory processes, hormonal imbalance and the state of the body as a whole also affect.
Ways to combat hair loss
Of course, first of all, it is better to consult a trichologist who will assess your history and select the treatment for it. But if you still cannot find time or the situation does not seem so neglected to you - try these methods!
1. Proper nutrition
Nutrition directly affects the state of the body. Avoid alcohol, fast food, coffee and excess sugar. Eat more vegetables, meat and poultry, and be sure to drink at least four glasses of clean water a day.
2. Vitamin complexes
Hair health literally comes from the inside, so if the problem is vitamin deficiency (namely, it is most often found in the off-season), try special vitamin supplements. Now there are many complexes for hair, skin and nails, so you don't even have to pick them yourself.
3. Castor oil
Heat some castor oil in a water bath or microwave and rub it into the hair roots. Cover your head with a towel and leave it on for 4 hours, and then wash off with regular shampoo. Repeat the procedure 2 times a week for 1-2 months.
4. Ginger mask
Ginger actively stimulates blood circulation, so that hair follicles become stronger and healthier. Mix the grated ginger root with sesame oil 1: 1 and apply to the scalp for half an hour. Give a light massage and wash the mask thoroughly.
5. Rye bread mask
It helps not only against hair loss, but also against dandruff and excessive oily scalp. Soak and mash 150 g of rye bread, add 1 tsp. sea salt and leave the mixture to stand for an hour and a half. Rub the mass into the scalp, wrap it in foil and wrap it in a towel for 25 minutes.
6. Onion mask
She has a very specific smell, so you will have to wash your hair twice thoroughly. Grate the onion or chop it in a blender, add a spoonful of honey for consistency and rub into the roots for half an hour.
7. Mask with olive oil
If the hair is dry, but strong, an oil mask will do, which will nourish it and make it more elastic so that it does not break off. Mix 1 tablespoon each of olive oil and lemon juice, egg yolk and half a glass of warm water. The mask is also good because it needs to be kept on the hair for only 10 minutes.
8. Avocado mask
If the hair is very brittle and damaged, the pure oil makes it heavier and leads to more hair loss. But there is a way out - peel a ripe avocado, mash it into a homogeneous mass and apply to the roots for half an hour.
9. Burdock decoction
Cover the burdock roots with water and place them in the oven at 150 degrees until they are tender. You can boil it, but do it under the lid so that the broth does not boil away. Strain the liquid and rinse your hair after each wash to prevent hair loss and stimulate growth.
10. Nettle decoction
Young nettles are better suited, and if not, mix dry with coltsfoot 1: 1.Boil the leaves for 10-15 minutes, cool the infusion and rinse your hair with it after each wash. Warm it up to about 40 degrees before use.
11. Special shampoos
There are special series against hair loss in most lines of the mass market, and even more so in professional and pharmacy series. Pay attention to the presence of vitamins B3 and B6, fruit acids and plant extracts in the composition. Most often, these shampoos contain ingredients that improve blood circulation, thereby strengthening the hair.
12. Ampoules with active substances
Healing ampoules with a concentrated active ingredient are usually more effective than shampoos and masks. This is a kind of heavy artillery, if the problem is really serious. The contents should be rubbed into the hair roots and scalp - the main thing is to do it systematically and regularly.
