Any nuts you like or a nut mixture will do.
You will need: 125 g butter, 75 g milk, 115 g icing sugar, 40 g nuts, 4 g brandy, 1 yolk.

You will need: 6 yolks, 120 g sugar, 80 g flour, 400 ml milk, 75 g butter, 75 g chocolate.
