Especially for you, we have found delicious and simple cookie recipes at home. A minimum of ingredients, very little time, and additional equipment and special skills are not needed. Sounds fantastic? But all this is quite real!
1. Quick Curd Cookies
Everyone loves curd cookies! You can sprinkle it with sugar, nuts, or coconut.
You will need: 400 g of cottage cheese, 500 g of flour, 200 g of butter, 200 g of sugar, 4 eggs, a pinch of baking powder.
Preparation: Grind the soft butter and sugar, and separately mash the cottage cheese and eggs with a fork. Combine both masses and sift flour and baking powder there. Knead an elastic dough, roll it into a layer 5-7 mm thick and cut out the cookies. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
2. Oatmeal cookies
The perfect homemade cookie recipe for those on a healthy diet.
You will need: 250 g oatmeal, 3 tsp. sugar, 3 eggs, cinnamon.
Preparation: Beat the eggs with sugar until frothy and stir in the oatmeal. Add nuts, dried fruits, spices and chocolate pieces as desired. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
3. Homemade cookies with coconut flakes
You don't even need flour for this cookie recipe!
You will need: 100 g coconut, 80 g sugar, 1 egg.
Preparation: Whisk the egg and sugar and add the coconut. Stir the mixture well, shape into walnut-sized balls with wet hands and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
4. Honey cookies without eggs and butter
Very aromatic and sweet biscuits, perfect for tea.
You will need: 1 glass of flour, 100 g of honey, 70 g of sugar, 80 g of milk, 40 g of vegetable oil, a pinch of baking powder, 40 ml of water.
Preparation: Mix sifted flour with sugar and baking powder, and honey with vegetable oil. Knead the dough into crumbs and gradually add water. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut the cookies into tins and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. Cookies with semolina without eggs
The soft taste and interesting texture of the cookies will surely delight those with a sweet tooth.
You will need: 200 g butter, 1 cup semolina, 3/4 cup flour, sugar to taste, a pinch of salt.
Preparation: Wait until the butter is soft enough and stir in the salt and semolina. Add sugar there, leave the dough for 7 minutes, and stir in the flour until smooth. Roll out the dough in a layer of about 1 cm, cut into squares and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
6. Shortbread cookies in vegetable oil
Aromatic, crumbly, crunchy and incredibly tasty!
You will need: 1 egg, 60 g sugar, 40 g vegetable oil, 150 g flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt.
Preparation: Beat the egg with sugar and salt for a few minutes until fluffy white foam. Add vegetable oil and knead the dough until smooth. Gradually add the sifted flour with baking powder, roll the dough into small balls and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
7. Biscotti without butter
This is a pretty dietary recipe, and besides, such dry biscuits are perfectly stored in a jar.
You will need: 2 eggs, 250 g flour, 95 g sugar, a pinch of baking powder and salt.
Preparation: Beat eggs with sugar and salt until white and gradually sift the flour and baking powder into it. Roll out the dough, cut the cookies into cookie cutters and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
8. Banana cookies
These homemade biscuits turn out to be very soft and will brighten any tea party.
You will need: 3 bananas, 2 cups flour, 100 g butter, 1 egg, 0.5 cups sugar, a pinch of baking powder, spices.
Preparation: Mix the sliced butter and sugar, add the egg and beat with a mixer. Mash the bananas and add them to the dough. Finally, add spices and sifted flour with baking powder.Spoon the biscuits onto the parchment with a spoon or pastry syringe and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
9. Homemade cookies with milk
It will be even better if you smear it with sour cream fondant.
You will need: 1 egg, 100 g butter, 100 ml milk, 150 g sugar, 400 g flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt.
Preparation: Beat the egg with sugar and add softened butter, salt and baking powder. Stir the dough until smooth, add milk and then add sifted flour in small portions. Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour under the plastic wrap. Roll out, cut the cookies and bake for about 25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
10. Cookies on yogurt with cornstarch
If you just have a jar of yogurt disappearing - this recipe is for you!
You will need: 1 egg, 190 g sugar, a pinch of salt, 130 g yogurt, 80 g butter, 300 g flour, 50 g cornstarch, 1 tsp. baking powder.
Preparation: Beat the egg with sugar and salt and add yogurt with melted butter to it. Sift the flour with starch and baking powder, and add it to the dough in several passes. Shape the cookies with your hands and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
11. Homemade nut cookies
This recipe uses walnuts, but you can use any you like.
You will need: 200 g butter, 3 yolks, 1.5 cups flour, 1 cup nuts, 100 g sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder.
Preparation: Grind soft butter with sugar and add yolks there. Stir in chopped nuts and sifted flour and baking powder. Roll up small balls, put on parchment and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
12. Chocolate chip cookies
You can add more chocolate drops or chopped chocolate if you wish.
You will need: 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 0.5 cups cocoa, 2 cups flour, 150 g butter, 1 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt.
Preparation: Sift and mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy, and add softened butter to them. Combine both masses, knead the dough and refrigerate for an hour under a plastic wrap. Spoon the cookies onto the parchment and bake at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
13. Biscuits with a layer
Take jam or chocolate paste, but it is better to thicken it with starch in advance if it is too liquid!
You will need: 120 g butter, 100 g icing sugar, 270 g flour, 1 egg, 1 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt, filling.
Preparation: Whisk butter and icing sugar until a soft cream consistency. Add egg and salt, stir, and slowly add flour and baking powder. Wrap the dough in foil and refrigerate for half an hour.
Roll out the dough and cut the cookies into slices. One should be solid and the other with a hole in the center. Bake for 10-12 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees and fold the halves together with the interlayer.
14. Coffee biscuits
Use instant coffee because it tastes more strongly to the dough.
You will need: 120 g butter, 75 g sugar, 1 tsp. instant coffee, 25 g cocoa, 150 g flour.
Preparation: Grind sugar with softened butter, and mix coffee with cocoa and sifted flour. Combine both masses, knead the dough and put in the refrigerator for an hour under a plastic wrap. Shape into cookies and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
15. Rolls with jam
The recipe for the very homemade cookies from childhood!
You will need: 100 g sour cream, 1 yolk, 90 g butter, 200 g flour, 0.5 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt, 80-100 g of jam, sugar.
Preparation: Mix the butter, sour cream and yolk with a mixer at low speed. Add sifted flour, salt and baking powder, knead the dough well and refrigerate for half an hour.
Divide the dough into three pieces and roll each into a 3 mm round layer. Cut the circle into 8 sectors, put jam on the wide edge of each and roll the tubes. Dip them in sugar and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
