Olivier and a fur coat are very tasty, but I really want variety and something new. We found 20 simple salad recipes for you for all occasions. Any ingredients on hand will do!
1. Vitamin salad with oranges and spinach
If it were necessary to make the top of the healthiest salads, this one would definitely be in the top three.
You will need: 180 g fresh spinach, 1 orange, 1 avocado, 30 g shallots, 10 g ginger, 2 tablespoons. rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, spices.
Preparation: Combine oil with vinegar, spices, chopped ginger and shallots. Peel the orange and cut into half slices, and cut the avocado into slices. Combine the spinach with the dressing and place the orange and avocado on top of it.
2. Salad with mushrooms and cauliflower
This healthy and light salad is suitable even for vegetarians and those who follow a strict diet.
You will need: 150 g of pickled mushrooms, 250 g of cauliflower, 1 zucchini, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 40 ml of vegetable oil, herbs, 2 cloves of garlic, 0.5 tsp. 9% vinegar, a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper.
Preparation: Rinse and chop the mushrooms, finely chop the onion and fry them together in half the spice oil. In the remaining oil, lightly fry the cauliflower inflorescences and small zucchini quarters with carrots. Add chopped herbs, garlic, spices, sugar and vinegar to the salad and mix.
3. Simple cabbage salad
Instead of sesame oil, you can use pumpkin or sunflower oil.
You will need: 500 g cabbage, 3 cucumbers, 2 cloves of garlic, a bunch of cilantro, 3 tbsp. sesame seeds, 1 tsp. cumin, sesame oil, spices, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Preparation: Thinly chop and mash the cabbage, add salt, add chopped garlic and cucumber cut into strips to it. Add finely chopped greens, zira fried in vegetable oil and sesame seeds. Season the salad with spices and sesame oil, and let it brew for 10 minutes.
4. Apple and cucumber salad appetizer
Another interesting interpretation of a simple salad pairing.
You will need: 1 pickled cucumber, 1 apple, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tsp. sugar, spices.
Preparation: Chop the onion finely, cover with hot water and leave for 15 minutes. Cut the cucumber and apple into thin strips, mix with the onion, sprinkle with sugar and spices, and season with oil.
5. Curd and vegetable salad
The perfect recipe for a delicious and simple salad is the best you can find!
You will need: 2 tomatoes, 1 green pepper, 150 g of cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. chopped green onions, salt and pepper.
Preparation: Peel the tomato and chop finely, add chopped peppers and onions to it. Mash the curd with a fork, mix the ingredients and season to taste.
6. Salad with crab sticks and ham
Fresh vegetables make the salad juicy even with a minimum of dressing.
You will need: 180 g crab sticks, 150 g ham, 2 eggs, 150 g carrots, 150 g cucumber, 90 g mayonnaise, 1 clove of garlic, spices.
Preparation: Boil the eggs and cut all the ingredients into equal thin strips. Mix mayonnaise with crushed garlic and spices, and season the salad.
7. Salad with tuna and pasta
You can serve the salad warm or cold, if you like.
You will need: 250 g of fine paste, 1 can of tuna in oil, 400 g of corn, 1 bell pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, a couple of sprigs of dill and chives, 1 tsp. granular mustard, spices.
Preparation: Mash the tuna with a fork, drain the corn, boil the pasta and drizzle with fish oil. Mix the ingredients, add finely diced pepper and finely chopped onion. Finally, add dill, spices, crushed garlic and mustard.
8. Salad with Chinese cabbage and millet
Salads with cereals are common, but millet can really surprise you.
You will need: 200 g of Chinese cabbage, 40 g of millet, 100 g of canned pineapples, 1 orange, 1 apple, half a lemon, 1 tsp. balsamic, a pinch of sugar, salt.
Preparation: Boil millet until cooked according to the instructions. Finely chop the Chinese cabbage, cut and peel the orange from the films, and put the pineapple and apple cubes there. Add cooled millet, salt and sugar to the salad, season with lemon juice and balsamic.
9. Hearty salad with potatoes
Ideal substitute for meat with a side dish for lunch or dinner.
You will need: 300 g of meat to taste, 2 potatoes, 2 pickles, 1 onion, 2 eggs, 0.5 cans of canned peas, 100 ml of mayonnaise, spices.
Preparation: Boil meat, potatoes and eggs, chop with the same cube. Add peas, chopped onions, spices and season with mayonnaise.
10. Salad with ground beef
Instead of oil for salad dressing, you can use sour cream or mayonnaise.
You will need: 250 g ground beef, 3 potatoes, 2 bell peppers, half an onion, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons. vegetable oil, spices.
Preparation: Boil eggs and potatoes and dice all ingredients. Fry the minced meat in 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and simmer for 20 minutes under the lid. Mix the ingredients, add spices to taste and season the salad with the remaining oil.
11. Salad with squid and seaweed
A very healthy and very simple salad for every day or a festive table!
You will need: 400 g squid, 200 g pumpkin, 1 cucumber, 400 g seaweed, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices.
Preparation: Boil the squid in boiling water for 4 minutes and cut into slices. Cut the pumpkin into strips and boil for another 4 minutes in the same squid-free water. Add sliced cucumber, seaweed, oil and spices.
12. A simple appetizer salad
Delicious and hearty salad, which is suitable for beer or instead of dinner.
You will need: 100 g smoked sausage, 1 carrot, 100 g pickled cucumbers, 100 g canned beans, lettuce, greens, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise.
Preparation: Cut all the ingredients into strips or cubes, add chopped herbs, lettuce and beans. Season with mayonnaise and put in a pretty dish.
13. Salad with sprats
A can of sprat isn't necessarily boring sandwiches. Make a salad of them!
You will need: 1 onion, 1 can of canned peas, 1 can of sprat in oil, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, spices, 1 carrot, 2 pickled cucumbers, 3 eggs, 2 slices of white bread.
Preparation: Cut the loaf into small cubes and dry the croutons in the oven, and then sprinkle with sprat oil. Chop cucumbers, eggs and onions into small cubes. Add peas, grated boiled carrots, mashed sprats, croutons, and mix everything.
14. Salad with pickled cucumbers and grapes

You will need: 500 g of chicken, 220 g of pickled cucumbers, 150 g of cheese, 125 g of white and dark grapes, 50 g of walnuts, 100 ml of mayonnaise, 100 ml of yogurt, 1 tbsp. dijon mustard, spices.
Preparation: Boil the chicken and cut it into cubes along with the cucumbers and cheese. Halve the grapes and chop the walnuts. Mix mayonnaise with yogurt and mustard, combine the ingredients, mix gently and season.
15. Tomato salad with olives
This salad has very few ingredients, but a very rich taste.
You will need: 4 large tomatoes (different varieties are possible), 15 pitted olives, 2 leek stalks, 2 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 2 pinches of ground coriander, spices.
Preparation: Slice the leek thinly and sauté in butter. Cut the tomatoes into large slices, sprinkle with spices and place over the leek. Top with halves of olives and drizzle with olive oil.
16. Vegetable Jelly Salad
Unusual serving of a regular snack.
You will need: 4 pickled cucumbers, 5 eggs, 1 apple, 200 g of chicken, 200 g of potatoes, 200 g of green peas, 2 carrots, 20 g of gelatin, 150 ml of broth, spices.
Preparation: Boil the carrots and potatoes, and then cut all the ingredients into the same small cubes. Soak the gelatin in the broth, dilute and mix it with mayonnaise, and then pour it over the salad. Put half of the mixture into a mold, drown whole boiled eggs in it and put the rest of the salad on top. Send everything under the film to the refrigerator until it solidifies.
17. Multi-colored pumpkin and pomegranate salad
This salad is so beautiful that it is worth making it just for the sake of it!
You will need: 1 kg pumpkin, half a lemon, half an orange, 300 g arugula, a quarter of a pomegranate, 50 g walnuts, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 50 ml of nut oil, a pinch of red hot pepper, 2 tsp. narsharab sauce, spices.
Preparation: Peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes, drizzle with olive oil and bake at 200 degrees. Mix lemon and orange juice with peanut butter and spices. Chop the nuts, peel the pomegranate and mix with the arugula. Top with pumpkin, season with oil and juice, and drizzle with narsharab sauce.
18. Green salad with chicken
Fresh, delicious and very simple salad recipe for all occasions!
You will need: 250 g chicken, 1 cucumber, half a can of peas, parsley, dill, green onions, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 0.5 tbsp. wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. granular mustard.
Preparation: Boil the chicken and cut it into small pieces along with the cucumbers. Add peas and chopped herbs there, season with wine vinegar, oil and mustard.
19. Warm salad with apples and chicken liver
If you are looking for a variety of flavors, textures and aromas - this is it!
You will need: 400 g chicken liver, 2 green apples, 50 g dried cranberries, 200 g salad mix, 2 oranges, 1 tsp. cumin, 1 tsp. sugar, spices, butter and olive oil.
Preparation: Peel the oranges, squeeze out the juice and soak the cranberries in it for half an hour. Cut the cleaned liver into pieces and fry in a mixture of oils and cumin. Cut the apples into wedges and caramelise with sugar in butter until golden. Bring the juiced cranberries to a boil and pour over the salad.
20. Salad with crab sticks and carrots
A very delicate and spicy salad recipe for lovers of unusual tastes!
You will need: 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 can of pickled mushrooms, 4 eggs, 240 g crab sticks, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tsp each. black pepper, garlic powder and sugar, chili flakes, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise.
Preparation: Thinly chop the onion and fry in half the vegetable oil and sugar. In the same pan, fry the carrots separately with the remaining oil and soy sauce. Chop boiled eggs, mushrooms and crab sticks, mix mayonnaise with all the spices and season the salad.
