1. Jam pie
If you have a jar of jam left, then consider that dessert is already ready for tea!
You will need: 250 ml of jam, 0.5 glass of vegetable oil, a third of a glass of milk, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1.5 glass of flour, 1 bag of vanillin, 1.5 tsp. soda.
Preparation: Combine jam, butter, sour cream and milk and add sifted dry ingredients. Quickly knead the dough, immediately pour it into the mold and put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
2. Quick pie with plums
The plum filling is very viscous, aromatic and tasty!
You will need: 500 g ready-made puff pastry (yeast-free), 1.5 tbsp. flour, 700 g plums, 100 g sugar, 2 tsp. starch, 1 egg, a pinch of cinnamon, 1 tbsp. water.
Preparation: Roll out the dough and cut thin round tortillas out of it - the base and lid of the pie. Remove seeds from washed plums, cut into wedges and mix with cinnamon, starch and sugar.
Put the filling on one cake, and on the second, make several cuts, cover on top and pinch the edges. Beat the egg with water, brush the cake, sprinkle with sugar and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
3. Grated pie
No long kneading, no freezing - a minimum of food and time!
You will need: 2 cups flour, 2/3 cup sugar, 120 g butter, 0.5 tsp. salt, 0.5 tsp. baking powder, 1 glass of jam, vanilla.
Preparation: Sift flour with baking powder, mix all dry ingredients and rub butter in them on a coarse grater. Grind the dough into crumbs, pour most of it into the mold and form a rim. Put the jam or other filling, sprinkle with the rest of the dough and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.
4. Pie in the form of a roll
This is another recipe for a quick jam pie, but now in the form of a filling!
You will need: 200 g jam, 50 g chopped nuts, 350 g flour, 150 g sugar, 100 g butter, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp. milk, 1 tsp. baking powder, zest of one lemon.
Preparation: Whip melted butter with eggs, sugar, milk and zest. Add flour, knead the dough and let it sit, but for now mix the jam with the nuts. Divide the dough in half, roll it into equal rectangles, lay out the filling and roll up two rolls. Bake for about half an hour at 180 degrees.
5. Lemon pie
A thin layer of dough does not interrupt the aromatic filling at all!
You will need: 220 g flour, 100 ml water, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons. mayonnaise, 0.5 tsp. soda, 3 lemons, 185 g sugar, 15 g corn starch.
Preparation: Beat the egg, mayonnaise and cool water, and during this time boil the lemons in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Add soda and flour to the dough, knead, divide into two parts and roll thinly. Mix finely chopped lemon with sugar and starch. Put one layer in a mold, place the filling, cover with a second sheet of dough, pinch the edges and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
6. Quick pie on kefir
If desired, mix any filling into the dough - berries, dried fruits or nuts.
You will need: 1 glass of kefir, 1 glass of sugar, 2 eggs, 2 glasses of flour, 0.5 tsp. soda, a bag of vanilla sugar.
Preparation: Beat the eggs and sugar and slowly add the rest of the ingredients, and lastly the flour. Stir the filling into the dough, pour it into the mold and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
7. Orange pie
It will be especially tasty if you grease it with boiled condensed milk on top or pour caramel.
You will need: 3 eggs, 2 cups flour, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp. soda, 2 oranges, 1.5 cups of sugar.
Preparation: Peel the oranges and cut them into 4 pieces. Mix the rest of the ingredients into a homogeneous dough and pour half into a mold. Spread out most of the oranges, pour over the rest of the dough and garnish with oranges on top.Bake the cake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
8. Pie with two layers
This is almost a full-fledged cake, especially if you decorate it with icing or powdered sugar!
You will need: 180 g butter, 180 g flour, 180 g sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. baking powder, 200 g jam.
Preparation: Beat eggs and softened butter with sugar separately in different containers, and then combine. Add the sifted flour and baking powder and knead the dough until smooth. Divide the dough in half, pour in two tins and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees. When the cakes have cooled slightly, spread with jam and garnish on top.
9. Quick pie with sour cream
It is difficult to find a recipe for tea cake even easier and more affordable!
You will need: 200 g sour cream, 180 g sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. soda, 220 g flour.
Preparation: Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy, add sour cream and soda, and then flour. Pour the dough resembling thick sour cream into a mold and put it in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees. Before that, you can garnish the cake with berries or nuts on top.
10. Chocolate mascarpone cake
A very delicate and exquisite pie, although it is prepared very quickly!
You will need: 200 g of dark chocolate, 200 g of butter, 5 eggs, 140 g of flour, 500 g of mascarpone, 1 tsp. baking powder, 200 g sugar.
Preparation: Melt the butter cubes and broken chocolate in a water bath, mix and cool slightly. Beat 3 eggs with 150 g sugar until frothy and slowly pour the chocolate mixture into them. Whip the mascarpone separately with the rest of the eggs and sugar. Pour the mixtures into a mold in layers: chocolate, mascarpone, chocolate. Bake an hour at 180 degrees.
11. Pumpkin pie
Be sure to add cinnamon and spices to your taste to the dough - and you will get the best autumn dessert!
You will need: 2 cups pumpkin puree, 4 eggs, 2 tsp each baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla, 2 cups flour, 1 cup vegetable oil, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp. soda.
Preparation: Beat eggs and mix them with pumpkin puree, add spices and vegetable oil. Separately mix all dry ingredients with sugar and add them in parts to the pumpkin mass. Pour the dough into a mold and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
12. Apple pie with honey
A win-win combination that is relevant both in winter and summer.
You will need: 1 can of sour cream, 1 glass of sugar, 2 eggs, 2 glasses of flour, 5 apples, 2 tbsp. honey, 1 tsp. soda.
Preparation: Beat eggs with sugar, add sour cream, slaked soda, honey and spices to your taste. Slowly add flour and knead the dough. Add finely chopped apples to it, pour into a mold and bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
13. Quick coffee cake
Think coffee cake doesn't go well with tea? But just try it!
You will need: 0.5 cups of kefir, 3 tsp. instant coffee, 2 eggs, 1 glass of sugar, 100 g of butter, 1 glass of flour, 10 g of baking powder.
Preparation: Dissolve coffee in a little water, add to kefir and stir. Beat everything with eggs and sugar, slowly add softened butter, and then flour with baking powder. Pour the dough into a mold and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
14. Coconut pie
A pack of coconut flakes and a pack of cream work wonders!
You will need: 1 cup kefir, 1 egg, 3/4 cup sugar, 10 g baking powder, 1.5 cups flour, 1 cup 20% cream, 100 g coke shavings.
Preparation: Mix kefir, egg, baking powder and flour into a homogeneous dough, and mix sugar separately with coconut. Add vanillin or cinnamon if desired. Pour the dough into a mold, spread the coconut mass over the surface, and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
If the coconut starts to burn, cover the tin with foil. Immediately after the oven, pour a hot pie with a glass of warmed-up cream for impregnation.
15. Chocolate pie in the microwave
And to completely amaze guests and households, serve it with creamy ice cream!
You will need: 8 tbsp flour, 8 tbsp. sugar, a bag of baking powder, 2 eggs, 6 tablespoons. vegetable oil, 6 tbsp. milk or cream, 2 tbsp. cocoa, chocolate, nuts.
Preparation: Mix the dough from all the ingredients, add the chocolate pieces and nuts, and pour into a higher bowl. Send the pie in the microwave for 5 minutes at 850 W, let it stand for another 2 minutes just like that, and take it out!
