You will need: 4 kg of black currant, 6 l of water, 2 kg of sugar.

Preparation:
1. Sort out the berry, get rid of all the debris and leaves, but you don't need to wash;
2. Grind black currants with a blender, in a meat grinder or simply by hand;
3. Transfer the berry to a glass container;
4. Dissolve half of the sugar in warm boiled water;
5. Pour the syrup so that the contents take up about 2/3 of the volume - no more;
6. Put on the container a rubber glove with a hole in one of the fingers, and put the wine in a dark place;
7. Stir the mixture once a day, and after 4 days filter from the remaining berries and pour it back into the jar;
8. At this stage, taste the future wine and add sugar, but stir it in with a wooden spatula - not with metal;
9. Remove the wine for three weeks in a warm, cool place, then filter and bottle again. Ready!

Raisins accelerate fermentation and add subtle notes to the wine aftertaste.

You will need: 5 kg of black currant, 10 glasses of sugar, 10 glasses of water, 50 grams of raisins.

Preparation:
1. Sort out the berries and crush them so that no whole remains at all;
2. Pour cold water into the same container and stir well;
3. Gradually add sugar and stir, and at the very end, raisins;
4. Pour the wine into the jars, wrap it with a thick cloth or cover it with a lid;
5. Take the wine to a dark place, but stir once a day to avoid mold;
6. After a week, filter the mixture and carefully squeeze out all the juice from the berry mass;
7. Pour wine into glass jars, cover them with latex gloves with a punctured finger;
8. Do not throw out the rest of the berries, but add a little more sugar and water, and put it cool for a week;
9. After the indicated time, filter it and pour it into glass jars with gloves in the same way as the first batch;
10. After another week, finally strain both batches of wine, combine and bottle.

This recipe requires special wine yeast, which speeds up the fermentation process!

You will need: 6 kg of black currant, 3 kg of sugar, water, 3 bags of wine yeast.

Preparation:
1. Sort out the berry, get rid of the debris and crush it without rinsing;
2. Add 3 liters of water to the berry mass and leave to stand for about an hour;
3. Boil a third of sugar in 4.5 liters of water for a minute, remove from the stove and leave to cool;
4. In a large enameled container, mix the berry mass with yeast and syrup, cover with a cloth and put it in a warm place for a week;
5. After a week, filter the preparation and pour the wine into glass jars for about 2/3 of the volume;
6. In the same way, boil another third of the sugar in 3 liters of water, cool and pour into jars with the preparation;
7. Put on gloves with a hole on top, put them in a dark place for 10 days;
8. Filter the liquid and again pour over the sterilized boiling water to 2/3 jars;
9. Cook exactly the same syrup from the remaining sugar, cool it, spill it, put on gloves and put it away for another week;
10. Filter the wine and pour it into glass bottles for the last time!
