Bean soups are hearty, rich, and also very diverse. And to prove it, they found for you as many as 20 recipes - from dry and canned, from white and red, and even from green beans. Choose the one that suits your taste!
1. White bean soup
A fragrant and very cheap recipe.
You will need: 250 g white beans, 1 onion, 1 celery stalk, 2 carrots, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 3 tomatoes, spices.
Preparation: Pour the beans with cold water overnight, and in the morning boil them in hot water together with grated tomatoes. Chop the onion and sauté it with tomato paste. Add it to the spiced beans and cook for about an hour. Chop the celery and carrots, put them in a saucepan, season and after half an hour remove the soup from the heat.
2. Bean soup with cream
White beans are also better here, because they make them prettier.
You will need: 1.5 l of water, 100 g of leeks, 250 g of white beans, 1 onion, 300 ml of cream, spices, garlic.
Preparation: Soak and boil the beans in advance until soft. Chop the onion, leek and garlic and fry them a little until golden brown. Put the frying in a saucepan, pour in 200 ml of bean decoction and hot cream, and boil under the lid for 10 minutes. Chop the beans with a blender and add to the saucepan. Bring the soup to the desired consistency with the remaining broth and season.
3. Bean soup with celery and herbs
And any beans are already suitable for this recipe - it will still be good.
You will need: 400 g beans, 2 l water, 100 ml olive oil, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 2 celery stalks, 3 tomatoes, 2 tbsp. tomato paste.
Preparation: Soak the beans for a couple of hours, then cover with water and olive oil and boil until tender. Add randomly chopped vegetables and tomato paste there, season the soup and boil for about half an hour.
4. Soup with canned beans
The main advantage of canned beans is that they do not need to be soaked and cooked for a long time.
You will need: 200 g canned beans, 120 g potatoes, 100 g carrots, 50 g cherry tomatoes, 50 g onions, garlic, spices.
Preparation: Grind onions, carrots and garlic in a blender and saute until soft over medium heat. Pour in water, bring to a boil and add the potato cubes. After another 5 minutes, add the beans and tomato halves, and cook until tender.
5. Bean soup with smoked meats
You can replace the ham with chicken or other smoked meats.
You will need: 450 g beans, 3 l water, 800 g smoked ham, 1 onion, 1 carrot, garlic and spices.
Preparation: Boil the beans until tender. Separately pour 2 liters of smoked meats of water and boil with herbs to taste for about an hour on low heat. Chop the onion and garlic, fry and add to the ham along with the beans. Continue cooking the soup until the vegetables are soft.
6. Bean soup with beef
Ideally combined with croutons or croutons.
You will need: 400 g of beef, 200 g of beans, 2 carrots, 2 onions, 2 stalks of leeks, 1 bunch of parsley, spices.
Preparation: Traditionally soak beans overnight and cook. Pour the beef with water along with half of the coarsely chopped vegetables and boil for an hour. Remove the boiled vegetables from the pan and prepare the roast from the rest. Add it to the meat along with the beans, season the soup, boil for 7-10 minutes and add chopped parsley before serving.
7. Bean soup with pork
We recommend pork ribs for a rich broth.
You will need: 400 g pork ribs, 300 g beans, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 tomato, 1 pepper, 2 potatoes, spices.
Preparation: Soak the beans overnight and boil them for an hour. Stripped ribs and lightly fry in a pan, and then pour 1.5 liters of boiling water and boil for another hour. Finely chop the onion, carrot, pepper and tomato and fry them all together.
Put the potatoes and half the beans in the broth, boil for 10 minutes and add the frying.Separately grind the remaining beans with a blender and add them to the soup for texture. Season and warm it up a little more together - that's all!
8. Bean soup with buckwheat
Not the most trivial combination, but we strongly advise you to try it!
You will need: 2 liters of water, 60 g of buckwheat, 250 g of potatoes, 80 g of carrots, 80 g of onions, 50 g of smoked bacon, 180 g of canned beans, spices.
Preparation: Finely chop the onion and bacon, grate the carrots and fry them. Put potato cubes, beans and buckwheat in a saucepan, cover with water and boil for 20 minutes. Then add the vegetables from the pan, boil for another 10 minutes and season the soup.
9. Bean soup with meatballs
Delicious and very easy to prepare.
You will need: 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 liters of water, 1 tomato, 1 zucchini, 200 g minced meat, 400 g canned beans, spices.
Preparation: Mix the minced meat with spices and make small meatballs. Finely chop the zucchini, coarsely grate the carrots and lightly fry them together. Add finely chopped peeled tomato there. Throw a whole onion and meatballs into boiling water. When they are cooked, add the frying and beans, season the soup and boil for another 2-3 minutes.
10. Soup with minced meat and red beans
Thick and rich enough that it resembles a main course.
You will need: 400 g minced meat, 1 can of canned red beans, 2 celery stalks, 1 pepper, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 200 g tomato puree, garlic, spices and herbs.
Preparation: Fry the minced meat in a pan and add finely chopped vegetables with garlic. Separately cut the potatoes into small cubes and place in a saucepan with beans. Pour everything over with tomato puree, add frying and spices, add a little water as needed and cook the soup until tender.
11. Bean soup with eggplant
Eggplants are not often found in soups, and completely in vain.
You will need: 500 g of pork ribs, 100 g of beans, 200 g of eggplant, 300 g of tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 pepper, 2 liters of water, spices.
Preparation: Soak the beans and boil until half cooked. Separately boil the broth on the ribs for an hour, add the beans and boil for another 20 minutes under the lid. Finely chop the eggplant and pepper, chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry vegetables, mix with grated tomatoes, stew and transfer to soup. Season and boil for a couple of minutes, and then let it brew.
12. Bean soup with mushrooms
A very simple recipe with a minimum of ingredients.
You will need: 500 g canned beans, 150 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 carrot, garlic, 3 tbsp. flour, spices.
Preparation: Chop carrots, mushrooms and onions and fry them together until golden. Add flour there and fry for about 4 minutes. Pour boiling water over the frying, add the beans, garlic and spices, and boil for 15 minutes until tender. Let the soup steep before serving.
13. Bean soup with sauerkraut
An original Hungarian dish for the whole family. Be sure to add the red paprika!
You will need: 500 g sauerkraut, 300 g beans, 100 ml vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 onion, garlic and spices.
Preparation: Soak and boil the beans in advance. Pour 1 liter of water over the cabbage and boil for about 20 minutes after boiling. Chop the onion in a blender, fry in a large amount of oil, and add flour and paprika there. Immediately add the fragrant frying to the cabbage, and add the prepared beans, spices and chopped garlic there. After boiling, the soup is ready.
14. Bean soup with cauliflower
Even fastidious children will like it.
You will need: 1 chicken fillet, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 can of canned beans, 1 head of cauliflower, spices.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into small pieces, chop the onions and carrots, and fry them together. Season the frying, transfer to a saucepan and add 1.5 liters of water. After 20 minutes, add the cauliflower inflorescences, and when soft, add the beans. Let the soup sit a little under the lid.
15. Bean soup with bulgur
You can take any vegetable, meat or mushroom broth.
You will need: 1.5 l of broth, 0.5 cups of bulgur, 300 g of canned beans, 450 g of tomatoes in their own juice, 2 carrots, 1 onion, spices, garlic.
Preparation: Finely chop the onion, garlic and carrots, and fry them immediately in a saucepan until the onions are translucent. Add the tomatoes, stir and simmer for about 5 minutes. Pour hot broth into a saucepan, add beans, add bulgur and cook under a lid until cereal is cooked.
16. Bean soup with pumpkin
We know exactly how to surprise you!
You will need: 500 g pumpkin, 1 glass of beans, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 300 g of tomatoes in their own juice, spices.
Preparation: Boil the beans in advance and save 1 liter of broth instead of broth. Cut the pumpkin into a medium dice, and finely chop the onion and carrot. Fry everything together for a couple of minutes, add the tomatoes, mix and pour the broth. Season the soup and cook over low heat until the pumpkin is soft. Finally, add the beans and spices, and heat for a couple more minutes.
17. Bean soup with pickles
An original variation of hearty pickle.
You will need: 150 g beans, 3 potatoes, 4 pickles, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 liters of water, 1 tsp each. turmeric and paprika, spices.
Preparation: Boil the beans until half cooked, chop the onions and potatoes at random, add more water to the beans and a little. Gradually add grated carrots there. When the potatoes and beans are almost ready, put the grated cucumbers in a saucepan, season the soup and boil for another 10-15 minutes.
18. Green Bean Soup with Rice
An easy spring-summer soup recipe for every day.
You will need: 1.7 l of broth, 1/4 cup of rice, 0.5 cup of green beans, 1 carrot, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1 zucchini, half pepper, 1 bunch of green onions, spices.
Preparation: Chop all vegetables at random and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add green beans, cover with water, bring to a boil and add rice. Leave on medium heat until the cereals are cooked, season and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
19. Vegetable bean soup
Another lean recipe, this time with green asparagus beans.
You will need: 200 g green beans, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 pepper, 1 zucchini, 700 ml of water, spices.
Preparation: Cut the potatoes into strips, grated carrots, finely chop the onion, and dice the pepper and zucchini. Put potatoes, onions and carrots in a saucepan, cover with water and boil for 7 minutes after boiling. Add the beans, and after another 5 minutes add the rest of the vegetables and spices. Simmer the soup a little more over medium heat.
20. Green Bean Soup with Tomato
Any meat is suitable - from chicken to pork.
You will need: 150 g green beans, 300 g meat, 2 l water, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 3 potatoes, herbs, spices.
Preparation: Cut the meat into portions, add water and boil until tender. Coarsely grate the carrots, chop the onion and tomato, and simmer all together for about 7 minutes. Cut the potatoes into medium cubes and add to the broth. After 10 minutes, add the green beans and fry, and after another 10 minutes, add spices and chopped greens.
