Pickled onions are useful literally everywhere - as an appetizer, an ingredient for salads or an addition to any other dish. Of course, you can always just scald it with boiling water to get rid of the bitterness, but we found much more interesting recipes!

1. Pickled onions in a jar

You will need: 600 g onions, 1 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. 9% vinegar, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. Sahara.

Preparation: Cut the onion into thin half rings or grate it. Add salt, vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar and mix well.
