1. Salad with apples, cabbage and honey dressing
White cabbage goes better with green apples, and red cabbage goes better with red ones.
You will need: 1 head of cabbage, 2-3 apples, 3 tbsp. honey, 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 4 tablespoons olive oil, pepper.
Preparation: Chop the cabbage, salt and knead with your hands. There, cut the apples into strips and fields with a dressing of vinegar, honey, oil and pepper. Let the salad brew for half an hour.
2. Vinaigrette with apples
A very simple recipe for a classic salad.
You will need: 150 g apples, 250 g beets, 0.5 cans of red beans, 150 g carrots, 100 g onions, 200 g pickled cucumbers, wine vinegar, olive oil.
Preparation: Boil the carrots and beets in advance and let them cool down. Cut all the ingredients into small cubes, add the beans and drizzle the salad with oil and vinegar.
3. Salad with squid, apples and yogurt
The yogurt-based dressing is especially good here.
You will need: 3 squid, 1 red onion, 2 apples, 5 tbsp. yogurt, 2 tablespoons cognac, 2 tbsp. tomato paste or ketchup, 5 tbsp. pomegranate seeds.
Preparation: Boil the squid and cut into half rings with the onion. Chop the apple and take the pomegranate seeds. Mix yogurt with cognac and ketchup, and season the salad.
4. Salad with apples, plums and cherry
Fresh, crispy and very healthy salad.
You will need: 2 red apples, 100 g salad mix, 250 g plums, 150 g cherry tomatoes, 20 g Parmesan cheese, nuts, 4 tbsp. orange juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Preparation: Cut the cherry into quarters and the plums and apples into thin slices. Add lettuce and nuts, season the salad with juice and butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
5. Salad with ham and apples
Great salad recipe from everything in the fridge.
You will need: 1 apple, 1 cucumber, 1 stalk of celery, 150 g of ham, 100 g of green salad, 50 g of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. orange juice, salt, pepper.
Preparation: Chop the ham, apples and cucumbers into thin cubes, chop the celery and rip up the salad at random. Sprinkle everything with orange juice, season and add some mayonnaise.
6. Salad with potatoes and apples
One of the variations of German potato salads.
You will need: 3 apples, 1 kg of potatoes, 100 ml of cucumber pickle, 4 pickled cucumbers, 3 tsp. sugar, 2 tsp. mustard, 50 ml of wine vinegar, 100 ml of vegetable oil, 1 onion, 1 pepper, spices.
Preparation: Combine oil, vinegar, brine, sugar, mustard and finely chopped onion and shake. Chop cucumbers, apple and pepper, boil potatoes and cut them into slices. Spread the salad in layers, gradually pouring the dressing, and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
7. Salad with apples, brie cheese and honey
A very delicate and gourmet appetizer to impress your guests.
You will need: 1 red apple, 100 g of brie cheese, 4 tbsp. raisins, 200 g salad mixture, 1 tbsp. honey, 1/3 cup walnuts, olive oil.
Preparation: Grind nuts into crumbs, mix with honey and olive oil. Steam the raisins with water for 10 minutes. Chop apple and cheese, add greens and raisins, and dressing fields.
8. Shrimp and apple salad

Preparation: Cut the apples into wedges and caramelize them in butter, sugar and curry. In the same skillet, evaporate the vinegar and orange juice for dressing. Chop all ingredients, mix salad and dressing fields.
18. Apple and Fruit Salad
Great salad for breakfast or dessert.
You will need: 2 apples, 2 kiwi, 1 banana, 1 orange, a handful of raisins, honey.
Preparation: Pour boiling water over the raisins for 20 minutes. Peel and cut all the fruit into roughly equal pieces, and add the raisins and honey. Season with sour cream or odorless butter if desired.
19. Salad with chicken, apples and celery
Add a few types of apples for variety and contrast.
You will need: 400 g chicken, 150 g cheese, 1 red apple, 1 green apple, 2 celery stalks, 1 red onion, 100 g spinach, 125 g yogurt, 2 tbsp. honey, 1 tsp. mustard.
Preparation: Bake fillets in the oven or take smoked and cut into slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and mix the yogurt with honey and mustard. Chop the rest of the ingredients at random, stir the salad and dressing.
20. Salad with apples, chicken and avocado
You can sprinkle it with roasted peanuts or sesame seeds on top.
You will need: 1 apple, 1 avocado, 100 g chicken, lettuce, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, balsamic.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into thin slices and fry. Cut the avocado and apples into cubes, add lettuce and season the salad. Ready!
