Preparation: Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, egg and cream. Shape the meatballs and fry until golden brown on all sides. Fry chopped onions in a skillet until transparent, add flour, sour cream, water and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Place the meatballs in the sour cream sauce and cook for another 10 minutes. 2. Meatballs with sour cream sauce in the oven
It is best to bake them in a ceramic or earthenware dish.
You will need: 500 g minced pork, 2 onions, 1 egg, 200 g sour cream, a glass of broth, 2 tbsp. flour, 30 g butter, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 sprigs of herbs, ground black pepper, salt.
Preparation: Mix the minced meat with egg, salt, pepper, chopped garlic. Shape into balls and place on a greased dish.

Preparation: Fry chopped onions with carrots and add to the minced meat. Add egg, salt, pepper and mix well. Form the meatballs to the same size and fry in a skillet for 10 minutes. Mix sour cream with flour and water. Pour the sauce into the skillet, reduce heat and tom for 15 minutes.
5. Meatballs with cheese in sour cream sauce

You will need: 600 g minced chicken, 1 egg, 200 g sour cream, 300 ml vegetable broth, 2 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. bread crumbs, 2 onions, 50 ml of vegetable oil, salt, ground pepper.
Preparation: Combine the minced meat, egg, salt, pepper and 1 chopped onion. Form meatballs, roll in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown on all sides.
Chop the second onion and fry. Add flour, broth, sour cream and salt. After 5 minutes, put the meatballs in the sour cream sauce, cover and protomy for 15 minutes.
7. Meatballs with hard cheese, stewed in sour cream sauce
Round grain rice is the best choice for this recipe.
You will need: 0.5 kg minced pork, 100 g hard cheese, 1 egg, 1 glass of cooked rice, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons. flour, 200 ml of hot water, 200 g of sour cream, ground pepper, salt.
Preparation: Grate cheese on a fine grater, mix with minced meat, salt, pepper, rice and egg. Form into balls of equal size and fry. Chop the onion and fry, add flour, sour cream, water and salt. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Transfer meatballs to sour cream sauce, cover and carcasses for 15 minutes.
8. Meatballs with champignons in sour cream sauce
Dissolve the flour in a little water, and then pour it into the pan.

You will need: 500 g minced meat, 300 g mushrooms, 2 onions, 200 g sour cream, 30 g flour, 1 egg, a glass of boiling water, 2 tbsp. cream, 3 cloves of garlic, 50 g of butter, salt, ground black pepper, 3 sprigs of parsley.
Preparation: Combine minced meat, egg, cream, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Form into small balls and fry. Cook the chopped onions and mushrooms in a hot skillet until the moisture evaporates.

10. Turkey meatballs in sour cream sauce

11. Minced beef meatballs in sour cream
You can use any broth you like.
You will need: 500 g ground beef, 2 onions, 30 g butter, 1 egg, 350 ml broth, 3 parsley stalks, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 3 black peppercorns, salt and ground pepper to taste.
Preparation: Combine the minced meat, egg, salt, ground pepper, melted butter and one chopped onion. Form meatballs and fry.
Cut the second onion, fry, add sour cream, flour, broth, salt and peppercorns. Boil for 5 minutes, add meatballs, cover and cook for half an hour over low heat.
12. Meatballs with bread in sour cream sauce
The hard crusts of the bread are cut off, since only crumb is needed for the meatballs.
You will need: 500 g minced meat, 1 slice of white bread, 2 onions, 200 g sour cream, 100 ml milk, 1 egg, 200 ml hot water, 2 tbsp. flour, 50 ml of vegetable oil, herbs, salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation: Soak the bread in milk for 10 minutes. Combine minced meat, egg, bread, pepper and salt. Form the meatballs and fry until half cooked. 14. Fish meatballs in sour cream sauce
Use minced meat from several types of fish.
You will need: 500 g minced fish, 1 egg, 1 onion, 1 tbsp. flour, a glass of chicken broth, 200 g sour cream, 50 g butter, dill, salt, ground black pepper.
