You will need: 500 g of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 100 g of sugar, 60 g of semolina, a pinch of salt, 0.5 tsp. soda, a bag of vanilla sugar, butter for lubricating the mold.
Preparation: Beat eggs with sugar and salt, add cottage cheese, vanilla sugar, semolina and soda. Stir everything and leave for a couple of minutes. Pour the dough into a greased form with an even layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
3. Curd casserole with sour cream
Only grease the casserole when it has cooled completely.
You will need: 500 g of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp. semolina, 160 g sugar, 200 g sour cream, a pinch of salt, 0.5 sachets of vanillin, 20 g butter.
Preparation: Beat eggs with salt and 100 g of sugar, add cottage cheese, vanillin and semolina, grated through a sieve. Leave the dough for three minutes. Pour the mass into a greased form, smooth and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.
For the cream, beat the sour cream with 60 g of sugar and a pinch of vanilla.
4. Casserole with cottage cheese, cherries and semolina
You can use fresh, frozen, canned, or even dried cherries.
You will need: 350 g of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 bag of vanilla sugar, 2 tbsp. semolina, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 2 tsp. starch, 200 g cherries, 20 g butter.
Preparation: Mix eggs with sugar. Add cottage cheese, semolina, vanilla sugar and sour cream. Leave the dough for three minutes to swell the semolina. Separate the cherries from the stone, leave in a colander to drain for half an hour, then mix with starch. Pour the dough into a greased form, spread the cherries evenly and place the casserole in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

An ideal dessert will be obtained from cottage cheese 10-15% fat.
You will need: 500 g of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp. semolina, a pinch of salt, 100 g of granulated sugar, 1 sachet of vanillin, 0.5 tsp. baking powder, 50 g butter.
Preparation: Grind the curd with a blender. Beat eggs with salt and granulated sugar. Mix everything, add semolina, vanillin, baking powder and 30 g of melted butter. The mass should stand for 5 minutes. Pour the dough into a greased form and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
6. Casserole with cottage cheese, semolina and oranges
If the oranges aren't sweet, just add more sugar!
You will need: 400 g cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 100 g sugar, 60 g semolina, 2 medium oranges, a pinch of salt, a bag of vanilla sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, butter for lubricating the mold.
Preparation: Beat eggs with cottage cheese, salt and 50 g sugar. Add semolina, vanilla sugar, mix everything and leave for two minutes. All ingredients should be at room temperature.
You will need: 600 g of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 bag of vanillin, 40 g semolina, half a glass of raisins, 20 g butter for lubricating the mold.
Preparation: Soak the raisins in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and pat dry with a paper towel. Whisk the cottage cheese with eggs, sugar, vanilla and semolina in a blender.
