1. Classic beef stroganoff
The meat will be softer if it is first beaten with a hammer.
You will need: 400 g beef, 2 onions, 1.5 tbsp. tomato paste, 1.5 tbsp. flour, 200 g sour cream, half a glass of water, 60 ml of vegetable oil, salt and black pepper to taste.
Preparation: Cut the beef into long, thin strips. Chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Add meat and cook for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle everything with flour, mix. Add sour cream, tomato paste, salt, pepper and hot water. Cover and simmer for half an hour.
2. Beef stroganoff with mushrooms

You will need: 350 g beef, 300 g champignons, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons. sour cream, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 2 tablespoons flour, 50 g butter, salt and ground black pepper.
Preparation: Cut the meat into long strips, roll each piece in flour. Fry chopped mushrooms until golden brown. Add onion, sour cream, tomato paste, salt and pepper, cut into half rings. Fry the beef in a separate saucepan. Mix everything in one skillet, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

You will need: 400 g beef, 1 onion, 80 g butter, 250 g champignons, 100 ml cream, 3 tbsp. white wine, 0.5 tsp. sugar, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Preparation: Cut the meat into long pieces and fry until golden brown. In a separate skillet, fry half rings of onions, add chopped mushrooms and carcasses until the liquid evaporates.
