Preparation: Cut the chicken into 4 pieces and fry in a mixture of two oils. Melt the bacon in the same pan and fry the mushrooms, garlic and 2 onions in it. Put the chickens in a cauldron, sprinkle with flour and spices on top, spread the remaining onions and pour in brandy.

Stir, pour in the wine and stew for an hour. Transfer the chickens to the mushrooms, boil the sauce in half, and pour the meat over them just before serving.
