If you love fish, but are afraid to cook it yourself - feel free to choose our recipes for trout in the oven. It always turns out tasty, soft and juicy, you just need to choose a marinade or side dish to taste!
1. Trout in foil
Like most other recipes, this one works for both whole and cut fish.
You will need: 500 g trout, 1 onion, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 3 lemon wedges, 1 bunch of dill, paprika, salt, pepper.
Preparation: Peel, rinse and dry the trout, and spice it on all sides. Combine the butter with finely chopped dill, and spoon the mixture onto the foil.
Spread the chopped onion on top, then the fish, on it - lemon wedges, and pour in the remaining oil. Wrap the foil and bake the trout in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
2. River trout in the oven
A delicious, quick and easy recipe for the whole family.
You will need: 800 g of trout, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 pepper, 1 lemon, 1 bunch of herbs, spices.
Preparation: Peel the fish, rub with spices, drizzle with lemon juice and leave for 20 minutes. Cut all the vegetables into small cubes, and chop the herbs finely. Place the trout on the foil and stuff it with vegetables and herbs. Wrap well and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
3. Trout in the sleeve
The baked fish in the sleeve turns out to be even more tender and juicy.
You will need: 500 g of trout, 1 tbsp. olive oil, garlic, spices, 2 tbsp. soy sauce.
Preparation: Combine soy sauce with olive oil, spices and crushed garlic, and marinate the trout for 20 minutes. Send the fish up the sleeve and bake for another 20 minutes at 200-220 degrees.
4. Trout on the grill
If you have a grill mode in your oven - feel free to choose this recipe!
You will need: 2 trout, 1 lemon, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. olive oil, rosemary, spices.
Preparation: Peel the fish and rub with spices on all sides. Place garlic and lemon wedges in your belly. Mix the juice of the remaining lemon with butter and finely chopped rosemary, field trout and bake on a wire rack at 200 degrees until golden brown.
5. Trout with herbs and lemon
Try different combinations of greens to your taste!
You will need: 1 trout, 0.5 lemon, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 0.5 bunch of basil and cilantro, thyme, spices.
Preparation: Peel the trout and spice it inside and out. Lubricate it with lemon juice, make cuts on the sides, and insert lemon wedges into it. Coarsely chop the greens and stuff the belly of the fish. Wrap the trout in foil and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Trout in soy marinade
Soy sauce is the most versatile and safe marinade for fish.
You will need: 300 g of trout, 1 tsp. honey, 50 ml soy sauce, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. olive oil, spices, thyme.
Preparation: Peel the trout and rub it with spices. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade, brush over the trout and leave for 20 minutes. Send it with the rest of the marinade into a mold, put thyme on top and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
7. Trout in honey-mustard marinade
For those who prefer subtle spicy sweetness!
You will need: 700 g of trout, 50 g of butter, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. granular mustard, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, spices.
Preparation: Melt the butter, add the rest of the marinade ingredients, and heat slightly. Put the peeled fish with sodium spices in a mold and cover with this sauce. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 220 degrees.
8. Trout in white wine
And if you have dry lemongrass, you will get a real delicacy!
You will need: 1 kg of trout, 2 bay leaves, 600 ml of dry white wine, salt, pepper, rosemary.
Preparation: Cut the trout into portions, rub with spices and place in a mold. Spread rosemary and bay leaves on top, pour everything with white wine and bake under foil or in a sleeve for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
9. Spicy trout in the oven
A very original way of cooking spicy trout.
You will need: 1 trout, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tsp. honey, 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp. mustard, 2 tsp. ginger, chili, spices.
Preparation: Chop the onion finely and mix with all the other ingredients, including the spices. Add chili and grated ginger, cut into rings, and marinate the trout in the refrigerator for half an hour. And then wrap the fish with the remnants of the marinade in foil, and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees.
10. Baked trout in tomato sauce
Especially for lovers of classic tomato sauces!
You will need: 2 trout, 0.5 lemons, spices, 2 cloves of garlic, herbs, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 100 ml of water, 1 tbsp. olive oil, basil and oregano.
Preparation: Peel the fish, cut the sides, rub it with spices and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the garlic into slices and lightly fry with oil, spices and herbs. Add tomato paste and water and boil the sauce for 5-7 minutes. Put the trout in a mold, top with the tomato and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
11. Trout with cabbage in the oven
If you take sauerkraut, then it is better not to use tomato paste.
You will need: 400 g of trout, 400 g of cabbage, 100 g of onion, 20 g of tomato paste, 30 ml of vegetable oil, spices.
Preparation: Chop the cabbage, add boiling water and leave for 15 minutes. Peel and butcher the trout, cut into portions and mix with spices. Chop the onion separately and lightly fry until soft, then add the cabbage and stew.
When the cabbage also becomes soft, add the tomato paste, stir, simmer for another 5 minutes, and put half of the vegetables in a mold. Spread the trout slices on top, and the remaining vegetables on top. Bake for about half an hour in the oven at 180 degrees.
12. Trout with potatoes in the oven
Be sure to add rosemary or thyme for the scent.
You will need: 1 trout, 4 potatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. olive oil, spices, 1 yolk, 1 tbsp. mustard, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. lemon juice.
Preparation: Peel the trout and rub it with olive oil, garlic and spices. Melt the butter and mix with the yolk, lemon juice and mustard until smooth. Cut the potatoes into slices, put them in a mold, and put the fish on top of it and pour the sauce over it. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
13. Trout with mushrooms in the oven
Fish with mushrooms becomes even more flavorful!
You will need: 1 trout, 400 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. butter, 50 g of cheese, spices.
Preparation: Peel the trout, rub it with spices and place in the mold. Fry chopped mushrooms with onions in butter, and put on the fish. Sprinkle everything on top with grated cheese and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
14. Trout with rice in the oven
A wonderful recipe to cook trout with garnish in portions.
You will need: 1 trout, 120 g of rice, 1 carrot, 1 lemon, 1 tomato, spices, vegetable oil.
Preparation: Boil rice until half cooked, and grate carrots and lightly fry. Cut the trout into chunks and rub it with spiced butter. Spread rice on sheets of foil, on top - on a piece of fish, and then - slices of lemon and tomato. Wrap everything in envelopes and bake for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
15. Trout with vegetables in the oven
You can take any vegetable mixture in the freezer.
You will need: 500 g of trout, 1 tomato, 2 peppers, 1 zucchini, 150 g of cauliflower, 1 handful of corn, 1 onion, 3 tbsp. olive oil, garlic, spices, 1 tsp. honey, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Preparation: Combine butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, spices and minced garlic and marinate the trout for half an hour. Chop all vegetables at random, put everything in a sleeve or in a mold, and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
