You will need: 200 g green beans, 150 g carrots, 100 g leeks, 1 clove of garlic, a pinch of ginger, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 100 ml cream, 20 g soft cheese.
Preparation: Cut the carrots into strips, leek into half rings, and fry them until golden. Add the beans and stew together until they soften. 7. Green beans with tomatoes and eggs

You will need: 400 g green beans, 1 onion, 1 egg, 200 g tomatoes, 30 g tomato paste, 50 g cheese, spices.
Preparation: Fry the onion until golden brown and add finely chopped peeled tomatoes to it. Add tomato paste and spices there, and simmer for 5 minutes. Put the beans in a skillet and add a little water. Stew until tender and at the end, pour over beaten egg and grated cheese.

Preparation: Heat water with oil and spices in a saucepan, add chopped garlic with hot pepper and vinegar there. When the marinade boils, add the beans, bring to a boil again and boil for 10 minutes. Leave it to brew for a day and put it in jars.

You will need: 500 g green beans, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt, 1 tablespoon each coriander, suneli hops and lemon zest.

You will need: 400 g green beans, 1 carrot, 3 cloves of garlic, half a bunch of greens, 50 ml vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tsp each. salt, pepper and coriander.
Preparation: Boil the beans and grate the carrots on a Korean grater. Combine all the ingredients for the dressing, add the crushed garlic, and pour over the vegetables. Let the Korean beans brew for 3-4 hours, and you can transfer them to the jar.
13. Green beans with chicken hearts
Delicious and very budget recipe for a family dinner.
You will need: 300 g chicken hearts, 200 g green beans, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp. sour cream, herbs, spices.
Preparation: Fry the hearts, and during this time chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry vegetables separately, and only then add beans and half-cooked hearts to them. Season the dish, add sour cream, herbs and garlic, and simmer for 5-10 minutes over low heat.
14. Green beans with basil and mozzarella
