Don't have time to invent a multi-course meal? Then the beef salad will come to the rescue. It prepares quickly, and the ingredients can be very diverse. Here are 20 great recipes for every taste!
1. Salad with beef and red beans
Such a salad may well replace a full-fledged snack.
You need: 300 g boiled beef, 1 can of canned beans, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, half a parsley, 3 tbsp. olive oil, lemon wedge, salt and ground black pepper.
Preparation: Chop the beef, bell pepper, onion and parsley. Mix everything in a wide salad bowl, add washed beans, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Salad with beef and vegetables
It is convenient to grind nuts in a blender.
You will need: 300 g of beef, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 1 bell pepper, 80 g of pine nuts, 3 tbsp. olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, half a bunch of cilantro.
Preparation: Fry the beef in a hot skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side. Cool and cut into small slices. Chop cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes and cilantro. Mix everything, add salt, pepper and oil. Sprinkle the salad with chopped nuts on top.
3. Beef and spinach salad
Shake the washed spinach and pat it dry to remove excess moisture.
You will need: 250 g of beef, half a bunch of spinach, a sprig of cherry tomato, 1 cucumber, a handful of pine nuts, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 40 ml of olive oil, coarse salt, ground pepper.
Preparation: Cut the meat into small pieces, marinate in soy sauce for half an hour, and then fry. Chop the tomatoes and cucumbers, tear the spinach with your hands. Mix everything, add salt, pepper and nuts.
4. Warm salad with arugula and beef
Serve the warm salad on a warmed plate to keep meats and vegetables warm for longer.
You will need: 100 g arugula, 300 g beef, 3 tomatoes, 150 g soft cheese, 2 sprigs of rosemary, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 30 g butter, salt and ground black pepper.
Preparation: Fry meat with rosemary in butter, cool and chop. Mix the arugula with chopped tomatoes and cheese. Salt, pepper, add oil and put on a plate. Top with beef and soy sauce fields.
5. Salad with beef and pickles
The salad looks very bright and delicious!
You will need: 300 g of boiled beef, 2 pickles, 1 sweet onion, 1 bell pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, a handful of olives, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, basil, ground pepper, salt.
Preparation: Chop the beef, cucumbers, onions, peppers and olives. Mix everything, add chopped garlic, oil, pepper and salt. Garnish the salad with a sprig of basil.
6. Salad with beef "Holiday"
Even lightly salted cucumbers can be used in this recipe.
You will need: 250 g boiled beef, 2 pickles, 150 g canned corn, 2 boiled potatoes, onion, 100 ml mayonnaise, salt and ground pepper to taste.
Preparation: Cut beef, cucumbers and potatoes into cubes, onion into half rings. Mix all the ingredients, salt and pepper and season the salad with mayonnaise.
7. Layered beef and cheese salad
The salad can be collected in portions or on a large common plate.
You will need: 250 g boiled beef, 150 g hard cheese, 1 onion, 2 boiled eggs, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, salt, ground pepper, herbs for decoration.
Preparation: Cut the beef and eggs into cubes, grate cheese. Chop the onion and sprinkle with lemon juice. Collect the salad in the following order: onion with mayonnaise, meat, eggs and cheese. Remember to grease each layer with mayonnaise. Decorate the top with a sprig of greenery.
8. Korean beef and carrot salad
You can buy Korean carrots at the store or make your own.
You will need: 300 g of boiled beef, 200 g of Korean carrots, 150 g of canned corn, 1 onion, 3 tbsp.mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation: Cut the meat into cubes, onion into half rings. Mix everything with carrots, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
9. Beef and cabbage salad
You can also use yogurt or sour cream as a dressing.
You will need: 250 g of boiled beef, 200 g of Chinese cabbage, 1 cucumber, 100 g of hard cheese, 80 ml of mayonnaise, ground pepper, salt and dill for decoration.
Preparation: Chop the beef, cucumber and cheese, chop the cabbage. Stir the food, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Garnish the salad with a sprig of dill before serving.
10. Salad with beef, vegetables and sesame seeds
Sesame seeds can be dried in a skillet, so it will be more fragrant.
You will need: 300 g of fried beef, 200 g of salad mix, 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 30 ml of vegetable oil, 1 tsp. vinegar, sea salt.
Preparation: Chop the beef, pepper and cucumber, grated carrots. Mix all the ingredients, add lettuce, chopped garlic and sesame seeds. Mix the soy sauce, oil, vinegar and salt separately. Add the dressing to the salad and stir.
11. Parmesan and beef salad
If you don't have a special parmesan knife, you can just grate it on a fine grater.
You will need: 300 g baked beef, 80 g Parmesan cheese, 4 small tomatoes, half a bunch of arugula, ground black pepper, salt and olive oil.
Preparation: Chop the beef and tomatoes, add arugula, pepper, salt and oil. Put everything on a plate and add the cheese slices.
12. Salad "Olivier with beef"

You will need: 300 g of boiled beef, 2 boiled potatoes, 1 boiled carrot, 2 pickled cucumbers, 100 g of canned peas, 2 boiled eggs, 100 ml of mayonnaise, salt and ground pepper.

13. Salad with beef, tomatoes and bell peppers
If you wish, you can add dried or fresh basil to the salad.

Boil the asparagus for no longer than 7-10 minutes.
You will need: 200 g of beef, 200 g of asparagus, a sprig of cherry tomatoes, 50 g of spinach, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 0.5 tsp. salt.
Preparation: Fry the meat for 4 minutes on each side over high heat, cool and chop. Boil the asparagus in salted water, cut the tomatoes in half. Place on a plate spinach, asparagus, tomatoes, salt and drizzle with oil. Place the meat on top.
15. Classic chafan salad with beef
It is very convenient, everyone can make a salad from the presented ingredients to their liking.
You will need: 250 g of beef, 2 potatoes, 1 beet, 1 carrot, 150 g of Chinese cabbage, 100 ml of mayonnaise, salt, pepper, vegetable oil.
Preparation: Cut the beef into strips, sprinkle with spices and fry until tender. Chop potatoes and fry in vegetable oil. Grate beets, salt, pepper and season with oil. Chop the cabbage, salt and mix with butter. Grate carrots, add salt, pepper and oil.
Put the meat, beets, potatoes, carrots and cabbage in separate slides on a plate. Place mayonnaise in the center.
16. Salad with beef, arugula and mushrooms
To make the beef juicy, leave it for 15 minutes in the water where it was cooked.
You will need: 200 g of boiled beef, 50 g of arugula, 200 g of fried mushrooms, 80 g of walnuts, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper.

18. Beef and grape salad

You will need: 300 g of boiled beef, 200 g of grapes, 5 leaves of lettuce, a handful of walnuts, 5 stalks of parsley, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, ground black pepper.

You will need: 250 g of beef, 150 g of blue cheese, half a glass of pomegranate seeds, 100 g of salad mix, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 50 ml of olive oil, sea salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation: Fry the beef in a skillet for 3 minutes on each side. Cool, cut into cubes. Cut the cheese into cubes, the onion into half rings, the pepper into strips. In a wide salad bowl, combine pomegranate, beef, onion, lettuce, cheese and pepper. Salt, pepper and season with oil.
20. Beef, radish and cabbage salad
