Red fish and shrimp salads can hardly be called budgetary, for this reason they are often prepared only on holidays. Choose the recipes that you like best and be sure to delight yourself and your loved ones with them!
1. Salmon sandwich puff salad with shrimps
The top and bottom layers in this salad are made up of grated potatoes for the look of a big holiday sandwich.
You will need: 210 g of lightly salted salmon, 330 g of tiger prawns, 3 eggs, 4 boiled potatoes, 2 cucumbers, 310 ml of homemade thick mayonnaise, 1 purple onion, 1 bunch of lettuce leaves.
Preparation: Lined the bottom of the plate with lettuce leaves, rub two potatoes on top, brush the first tier of salad with mayonnaise. The second layer is boiled eggs cut into cubes, the third is fish cubes, the fourth is chopped cucumbers, the fifth is onion half rings, the sixth is the remaining grated potatoes. Coat each layer with mayonnaise. Cut the top and sides of the salad with boiled shrimps.
2. Salad with rice, shrimps and red fish
You can prepare a salad from any red fish, the main thing is that it is fresh and always lightly salted.
You will need: 1 glass of boiled rice, 240 g of peeled raw shrimp, 160 g of lightly salted red fish, 1 small jar of pitted black olives, juice of 1 lemon, 3 tbsp. l. aromatic olive oil, 1 bunch of lettuce leaves.
Preparation: Fry the shrimp meat in oil until golden brown and the appearance of a specific sea flavor, salt and pepper. Cut the red fish fillet into strips, mix with shrimp, rice porridge, lemon juice fields. Transfer to a large dish covered with lettuce leaves, garnish with thin slices of lemon, whole shrimps, and halved olives.
3. Salad "Olivier" with fish and king prawns
Fans of seafood will appreciate this unusual variation of the already boring Olivier, because instead of the doctor's sausage, they put red fish and shrimps in the salad.
You will need: 300 g of lightly salted salmon, chum salmon or trout, 3 boiled eggs, 1 boiled carrot (large), 4 potatoes cooked in "uniform", 1 can of green peas, 3-4 pickled cucumbers, 0.5 bunch of parsley, 150 g of peeled king prawns , mayonnaise.
Preparation: Cut fish, eggs, potatoes, carrots and cucumbers into cubes of the same size as for the usual Olivier. Fry the shrimps in oil until tender, cut two-thirds into pieces and send to a bowl with the rest of the products. Toss with mayonnaise, put in a salad bowl, garnish with whole fried shrimps.
4. Salad with pineapple, salmon and shrimp
Canned pineapples are great for fish and seafood salads.
You will need: 1 bunch of lettuce, 1 can of diced pineapples, 180-190 g of lightly salted salmon, 150 g of marinated cocktail shrimps, 3-4 tbsp. l. olive oil, 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice, spices.
Preparation: Tear the lettuce with your hands into small segments; it is undesirable to cut it with a knife, as an oxidation reaction can occur, which will completely spoil the product. Add pineapple and shrimp without liquid, salmon slices, fields with a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and a pinch of coarse black pepper.
5. Salad with red fish, curd cheese and shrimps
Any lightly salted, but necessarily smoked red fish is suitable for this salad, and you can take curd cheese to your taste.
You will need: 250 g red fish, 110 g fried shrimp, 4-5 tbsp. l. curd cheese, 3 fleshy tomatoes, 1 bunch of lettuce leaves, 2 cucumbers, 3 tbsp. l. olive oil, 2 tbsp. l. lime or grapefruit juice.
Preparation: Whisk lime or grapefruit juice with olive oil, add a little salt and curd cheese.Season with the resulting sauce a mixture of fried shrimp, diced tomatoes, red fish, cucumbers. Place in a salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
6. Salad with trout, tomatoes and tiger prawns
Serve this salad in glasses or in small glass jars, garnished with a lime ring.
You will need: 1 can of canned tiger prawns, 3 boiled eggs, 160 g of lightly salted trout, 2 tomatoes, 7 lettuce leaves, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. l. lime juice, 1 whole lime to garnish.
Preparation: Cut lettuce leaves into thin noodles, mix with diced eggs, shrimp, trout and tomatoes. Pour with a mixture of lime, lemon juices and a couple of tablespoons of shrimp marinade from a jar. Arrange in glasses, garnish with a thin lime wedge, on which place a whole shrimp.
7. Salad with red caviar, salmon and shrimps
Natural red caviar can be replaced with high-quality alginic caviar, which, by the way, belongs to medicinal food products.
You will need: 350 g of lightly salted salmon and boiled-frozen shrimp, 6 hard-boiled eggs, 1 can of red caviar, 200 ml of mayonnaise.
Preparation: Pour the shrimps with boiling water, and then put them on a sieve and peel, cut the salmon and chicken eggs into small pieces, mix with mayonnaise. Place in a salad bowl, cover with a thick layer of red caviar.
8. Salad "Sushi-cake" from lightly salted pink salmon with shrimps
This amazingly tasty and effective salad cake can easily replace a large set of Japanese sushi. You can only eat it with an ordinary fork, which is much more convenient, pouring soy sauce.
You will need: 1.5 cups of boiled rice, 60 ml of rice vinegar, 240 g of light salted pink salmon, 2 cucumbers, 1 pack of nori sheets, 1 tsp. sea salt, 3 tsp. sugar, 200 g Philadelphia cheese, 100 g pickled shrimp, 2 tbsp. l. sesame seeds, soy sauce.
Preparation: Season boiled rice with warmed vinegar mixed with sugar and salt (the crystals must completely dissolve). Cut the nori sheets into small squares and place them overlapping on the bottom of a large flat plate on which the serving ring is installed.
Lay out half of the rice, cover with a thick layer of cream cheese, it is more convenient to do this by placing the product in a pastry bag. Next, lay out thin slices of cucumber, sprinkle with fried sesame seeds and spread out the boiled shrimp, cover with nori slices. Distribute the remaining rice, cream cheese, diced pink salmon, and sesame seeds.
9. Salad of salted chum salmon and king prawns
The salad will be emphasized by a dressing made from Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard.
You will need: 150 g chum salmon fillet (slightly salted), 3 boiled potatoes in a peel, 120 g boiled shrimp (peeled), 2 tomatoes, 1 bunch of lettuce, 160 ml Greek yogurt, 2-3 tsp. mustard beans, 6 tbsp. l. olive oil, 3 tsp. lemon juice, ½ tsp. ground curry, 2-3 tbsp. l. soy sauce.
Preparation: Cut the peeled potatoes into beautiful slices, fry in olive oil pre-mixed with curry. Cut lettuce leaves, chum salmon fillet, tomato pulp (juicy core with seeds, remove) put in a bowl, add potato wedges, top with yogurt with mustard, the remaining olive oil, lemon juice and soy sauce.
10. "Well-fed sailor" salad with red fish and shrimps
An appetizing and nutritious Mediterranean salad, which is prepared not only on holidays, but also just for dinner.
You will need: 300 g of medium salted red fish, 4 boiled eggs, 4 squid carcasses, 5 tbsp. l. red caviar, 200 g of peeled shrimps, 150 g of Parmesan cheese, thick homemade mayonnaise.
Preparation: Cut fish fillet, boiled squid carcasses into thin long strips, season with mayonnaise and put in a salad bowl, cover with a layer of grated eggs, fields with mayonnaise. Spread the shrimp fried in oil, brush with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese, garnish with caviar.
11. Salad "Beauty" with red fish and seafood
The composition of this salad includes squid, shrimps, red fish fillets, crab meat, and juicy tomatoes, cheese and olive mayonnaise complement all this sea abundance.
You will need: 2 boiled squid carcasses, 160 g of red fish (chum salmon, salmon), 200 g of peeled shrimps, 0.5 cans of red caviar, 170 g of crab meat, 12-14 cherry tomatoes, olive mayonnaise, 110 g of hard cheese.
Preparation: Cut the cherry tomatoes into slices, salmon and squid into strips, boil the shrimps in boiling water, leave small ones whole, cut the large ones into two or three parts, chop the crab meat into cubes. Season the seafood-tomato mixture with mayonnaise in olive oil, sprinkle with grated cheese and red caviar.
12. Avocado salad with red fish and tiger prawns
Do not throw away the avocado halves after removing the pulp, but use them as bowls for serving salad.
You will need: 2 avocados, 240 g salmon or trout, 60 g arugula, 70 g Parmesan cheese, 0.3 bunch of green onions, 3 tomatoes, 1 can of canned shrimp, half a lemon, 5 sprigs of green basil, 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, 1 tsp. butter.
Preparation: Fry salmon cubes in heated butter. Put arugula leaves, tomato slices, shrimps, torn by hands into small pieces, in a salad bowl, sprinkle with green onions and basil. Chop the avocado pulp into cubes, send to the salad bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and put the fried fish. Mix the remaining lemon juice with olive oil, season the salad, fill the avocado halves, garnish with grated cheese.
13. Warm salad of boiled pink salmon and fried shrimp
Incredibly delicious warm salad for a romantic evening or breakfast.
You will need: 190 g fresh or frozen red fish, 220 g peeled shrimp, 2 tomatoes, 1 avocado, 1 bunch of lettuce, 0.5 grapefruit, 2 tbsp. l. unrefined olive oil, a pinch of dried Provencal herbs, 0.25 tsp. coarse sea salt (food).
Preparation: Boil the fillet of red fish in boiling water with spices, cut into small pieces, fry the shrimp in oil until golden brown, add tomato slices and avocado pulp, mashed with a fork. Squeeze the juice from the grapefruit, mix with Provencal herbs and olive oil, pour the salad, put on a dish covered with lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
14. "Starfish" salad with shrimps and trout
The shrimp are added directly to the salad mixture, and thin slices of lightly salted trout are used for garnish. The dish turns out to be great both in taste and in appearance!
You will need: 220 g peeled shrimp, 2 pickled cucumbers, 3 hard-boiled eggs, 160 g semi-hard cheese, 250 g salted trout (sliced), 2 tomatoes, 0.5 cans of pitted green olives, 2 tbsp. l. toasted sesame seeds, 1 pack of olive mayonnaise.
Preparation: Chop boiled shrimps, cucumbers, eggs, tomatoes and cheese as finely as possible, mix with mayonnaise and put on a large flat dish in the shape of a starfish. Cover the blank with fish slices on all sides, garnish with olive rings and sesame seeds.
15. Salad with shrimps, salmon and quail eggs
One of the most popular dishes in Italy, healthy food lovers often prepare this salad and eat it with pleasure!
You will need: 260 g of shrimp and lightly salted salmon, 110 ml of olive oil, 1 bunch of arugula, 8 cherry tomatoes, 11-12 boiled quail eggs, 1 bunch of green basil, 1 lemon, 2 cucumbers.
Preparation: Cut red fish fillet, boiled shrimp, cucumbers and 8 quail eggs into cubes, combine with chopped arugula, basil. Whisk freshly squeezed lemon juice with olive oil, salt and ground pepper, pour in the salad mixture, place the slices of the remaining eggs and tomatoes in a circle.
