1. Dark chocolate icing
The classic recipe for icing on a regular dark chocolate bar.
You will need: 100 g of chocolate, 25 g of butter, 45 g of sour cream, 100 g of powdered sugar, a pinch of salt.
Preparation: Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath and stir until smooth. Add sour cream, a pinch of salt and slowly add the icing sugar. Leave the icing under the plastic in the refrigerator for half an hour.
2. Chocolate icing with cocoa
The simplest version of the ingredients at hand.
You will need: 50 g butter, 2.5 tbsp. milk, 2 tsp. cocoa, 4 tablespoons Sahara.
Preparation: Combine sugar, cocoa and milk and place on the stove over low heat. Gray and stir until mixture begins to thicken. Add butter and continue stirring until smooth.
3. Chocolate glaze with sour cream
The sour cream sourness is amazingly combined with the sweetness of sugar and bitterness of cocoa.
You will need: 4 tablespoons cocoa, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 tbsp. fat sour cream, 1 tbsp. butter.
Preparation: Mix sugar with cocoa and estimated sugar, put on the stove and boil for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. When the glaze has a uniform texture, remove it from the heat, add the melted butter and stir again.
4. Honey and chocolate icing for the cake
Thanks to honey, the glaze acquires a smoother structure and richer taste.
You will need: 170 ml milk, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. honey, 100 g of dark chocolate, 25 g of butter.
Preparation: Add sugar, broken chocolate and butter to the milk. Warm up everything, stirring, until a homogeneous consistency. Then add honey and boil the frosting a little more until it thickens.
5. Chocolate icing on water
The cheapest and most affordable cake frosting recipe!
You will need: 2 tbsp cocoa, 30 g butter, 50 g sugar, 50 ml water.
Preparation: Heat the water and sugar until it dissolves completely. Add butter and mix well again. And then gradually add cocoa and warm the glaze until smooth.
6. Chocolate icing with coconut oil
An original and very easy recipe without animal fats.
You will need: 3/4 cup sugar, 0.5 cup cocoa, 1/3 cup water, 3 tbsp. coconut oil, 50 g of natural dark chocolate, 1 tsp. vanilla.
Preparation: Warm up water with sugar and cocoa until completely dissolved. Add coconut oil and broken chocolate and continue cooking over low heat. Add vanillin or vanilla extract last and remove the frosting from heat.
7. Chocolate glaze on gelatin
By the way, glossy mirror glaze is made according to the same principle.
You will need: 140 ml of water, 130 ml of 30% cream, 180 g of sugar, 60 g of cocoa, 2 tsp. gelatin.
Preparation: Mix water, cream and sugar with cocoa and simmer for 10 minutes. Soak the gelatin according to the instructions and gradually add to the finished chocolate mass. Stir the frosting until the gelatin dissolves and cool slightly.
8. Chocolate icing with nuts
Minimum ingredients - and maximum pleasure!
You will need: 100 g of dark chocolate, 40 g of nuts, 30 ml of vegetable oil.
Preparation: Roast the nuts and chop them finely to taste. Grind the chocolate and melt it in a water bath. Add oil to it, stir, and in the end, stir in chopped nuts.
9. Chocolate icing with orange juice
To enhance the citrus notes, you can add a little zest.
You will need: 90 g chocolate, 3 tablespoons each orange juice and butter, 3 tbsp. Sahara.
Preparation: Place all ingredients in one bowl and place in a water bath. Continue stirring the frosting until smooth, and then cool slightly.
10. Chocolate glaze with protein
Original protein glaze with cocoa.
You will need: 2 tbsp cocoa, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1 protein, a pinch of vanillin.

You will need: 100 g of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons each cocoa and sugar, 70 g butter.
Preparation: Mix condensed milk with cocoa and sugar, add butter and put everything on the stove. Heat the mass over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
13. Chocolate glaze with banana
A spoonful of orange or lemon zest will fit very harmoniously here.
You will need: 2 bananas, 50 ml of water, 3 tbsp. sugar, 120 g chocolate, 2 tbsp. cocoa.
Preparation: Grind bananas in a blender and add water, sugar and cocoa to them. Bring the mixture to a boil and boil for a couple of minutes. Add chunks of chocolate to the icing and continue cooking until it dissolves. Then let the glaze cool.
14. Chocolate icing on kefir
Most often, milk or sour cream is used for glaze. But you can do that!
You will need: 4 tablespoons kefir, 1 tbsp. cocoa, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tbsp. butter.
Preparation: Add the remaining ingredients to the kefir, mix and heat over low heat. Stir the mixture constantly and bring it to homogeneity and thickening, and then remove from the stove.
15. White chocolate frosting for cake
Ideal for any desserts or donuts, for example.
You will need: 2 tbsp milk, 175 g icing sugar, 200 g white chocolate.
Preparation: Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add the powder with a spoonful of milk and stir. At the end, add another spoonful of milk and beat the frosting well.
