Preparation: Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water and add half the flour. While stirring the mixture, gradually pour in the vegetable oil, and then add the remaining flour.

Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes. Roll it into tortillas, wrap the sausages and fry in a pan evenly on all sides.
