1. Vegetable cutlets
Similar to regular potato pancakes, but more original.
You will need: 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons flour, 1 bunch of greens, 1 pepper, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 300 g cabbage, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, spices.
Preparation: Chop all vegetables as small and thin as possible, season, and add eggs, mayonnaise and flour to them. Add chopped greens and fry the vegetable cutlets on both sides.
2. Salad with chicken and cucumbers
Only four ingredients, but it turns out very tasty!
You will need: 200 g of chicken, 1 cucumber, 80 g of cheese, 3 eggs, spices, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Boil the eggs, and during this time cut the chicken into strips and fry. Chop eggs and cucumbers into strips, sprinkle with grated cheese and season with mayonnaise.
3. A quick breakfast of eggs and pita bread
Much more interesting than a regular omelet, but not particularly difficult.
You will need: 1 thin pita bread, 100 g ham, 1 tomato, half pepper, a handful of chopped greens, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp. milk, 100 g of cheese, spices.
Preparation: Cut the ham and tomatoes into thin slices, the peppers into cubes and finely chop the greens. Beat eggs with milk and spices, and pour some of the omelet into a hot skillet. Put a sheet of lavash on top, lay out the filling, sprinkle with cheese, cover with lavash again and fill with the rest of the eggs. Cook, covered, about 10 minutes.
4. Chicken liver with apple
An interesting combination of liver with a sweet and sour aftertaste.
You will need: 500 g chicken liver, 2 onions, 1 apple, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 0.5 cups of water, 1 tbsp. flour, spices.
Preparation: Grate an apple and stir in tomato paste, flour, water and spices. Chop the onion and fry until transparent, add the liver to it and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour everything with sauce, stew for 5-7 minutes under the lid and serve with a side dish.
5. Quick zucchini and chicken stew
A very healthy and low-calorie dish.
You will need: 4 zucchini, 2 chicken fillets, 2 tomatoes, 4 cloves of garlic, 150 g sour cream, herbs, 1.5 tbsp. flour, spices.
Preparation: Cut the fillets and vegetables into medium cubes, chop the garlic and chop the herbs. Fry the chicken, and in a separate pan, quickly fry the zucchini until golden and combine everything together. Add tomatoes, herbs, garlic and spices there, pour sour cream and carcasses under the lid until cooked for about 7 minutes.
6. Rice with vegetables and honey-soy sauce
A ready-made frozen mixture will work, but fresh vegetables are better.
You will need: 0.5 cups rice, 2 carrots, 2 zucchini, 300 g cabbage, 10 cherry tomatoes, 100 ml soy sauce, 3 tsp. honey, 50 ml of olive oil, 2 tsp. vinegar, sesame seeds.
Preparation: Boil the rice until tender, and during this time, chop the vegetables coarsely. Place vegetables in layers in a saucepan, add a little water and season. Stew for 10-15 minutes after boiling, while mixing the dressing with oil, soy sauce, vinegar, honey and sesame seeds. Combine rice, vegetables and dressing and heat together for a couple of minutes.
7. Canned beans with vegetables and bacon
You can add rice, bulgur or small pasta here.
You will need: 1 can of canned beans, 100 g of onions, 30 g of bacon, 150 g of tomatoes, green onions, spices.
Preparation: Chop the onion and fry with the bacon until golden. Add tomato cubes there, and after another couple of minutes, add beans. Stew, covered for 3 minutes, season and sprinkle with green onions.
8. Fast and delicious pancakes
They are also very beautiful and fragrant!
You will need: 500 ml of kefir, 2 eggs, 80 g of sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 0.5 tsp. soda, 350 g flour.
Preparation: Mix eggs with sugar and salt, and add room temperature kefir. Slowly add sifted flour with baking powder, and at the very end - baking soda.Fry pancakes in a dry non-stick skillet.
9. Curd casserole
It turns out exactly like in childhood!
You will need: 500 g of cottage cheese, 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. semolina, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 egg, 100 g of raisins, 100 g of sour cream, a pinch of salt.
Preparation: Mix cottage cheese with softened butter, and beat eggs with sugar. Combine both masses, add semolina and raisins, salt, mix and put in a mold. Grease the casserole with sour cream on top and put in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees.
10. Banana cheese cakes
Another delicious cottage cheese recipe that adults and children will be delighted with.
You will need: 200 g cottage cheese, 30 g sugar, 100 g flour, a pinch of baking powder, 2 bananas, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. butter.
Preparation: Grind the egg and cottage cheese with sugar, add flour and baking powder and stir. Roll out the dough on the table, spread the banana halves on top and roll into a roll. Cut this roll into washers and fry the cheese cakes in a pan with butter.
11. Pink salmon with zucchini
The fish is always cooked very quickly, so there will be no problem.
You will need: 250 g of pink salmon fillet, 100 g of zucchini, spices, vegetable oil, 50 ml of 30% cream.
Preparation: Cut the zucchini into slices and lightly fry in a skillet. Season the fillets on both sides and place on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle with butter, cream and wrap in foil. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
12. Rice soup with liver
An excellent summer version of the soup that can be prepared in a matter of minutes.
You will need: 2 liters of water or broth, 100 g of liver, 70 g of rice, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 10 g of butter, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 potatoes, herbs and spices.
Preparation: Boil the rice in one pot with potatoes, and during this time, coarsely chop the carrots and onions and fry in a mixture of oils. Add the liver to the vegetables and stew until tender. Add the frying to the rice and potatoes, season the soup and heat for another 5 minutes.
13. Fast chicken in the oven
Great chicken casserole for the whole family.
You will need: 3 chicken fillets, 2 eggs, spices and herbs, 170 ml cream, 100 g cheese, 1 tomato, garlic, herbs.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into chunks, place on the bottom of the dish and season. Whisk eggs with cream, spices and crushed garlic, and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top, spread the tomato slices, add greens and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
14. Creamy spinach soup

You will need: 250 g spinach, 120 ml heavy cream, 20 g cheese, 20 g butter, spices.
Preparation: Melt the butter and lightly fry the spinach in it. Pour in the cream and cook until soft, and then season. Remove from heat, whisk cream soup with a blender and sprinkle with grated cheese.
15. Lazy potato dumplings
Unlike sweet curd dumplings, these can be served instead of a side dish.
You will need: 300 g potatoes, 150 g flour, 1 egg, spices.

17. Chebureks with pork

You will need: 250 g pork, 1 onion, spices, tomato paste, 2 cups flour, 1 cup water, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Preparation: Pour the flour with boiling water with vegetable oil, and when it cools down, quickly knead the dough.Grind the meat and onions into minced meat, add some spices, water and tomato to taste. Pinch off pieces of dough, roll out thinly, lay out the filling and cover the edges of the pasties. Fry them in a lot of oil on both sides.
18. Vegetable pasta from zucchini
You can cut the zucchini beautifully with a vegetable peeler.
You will need: 300 g pasta, 2 zucchini, 2 zucchini, garlic, cheese, spices, herbs, olive oil.

You will need: 250 g spaghetti, 1 can of canned tuna, 1 onion, 5 tomatoes, garlic, hot pepper, spices, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, herbs, herbs, olive oil.
