Sandwiches are a quick and versatile snack for all occasions. But, of course, the usual piece of bread with sausage quickly gets boring. But you just need to connect a little imagination. And try our original and delicious recipes first!
1. Sandwich with scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese
There is no better homemade breakfast sandwich than this one!
You will need: 2 slices of loaf, 10 g of bacon, 20 g of cheese, 1 tomato, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, 10 g butter, 1 egg, 3 lettuce leaves.
Preparation: Fry the bread until golden brown and brush half with mayonnaise. Put cheese, tomato slices, bacon and lettuce on the second part. Fry a small fried egg in butter, put it on the salad and cover with the other half of the sandwich.
2. Sandwich with tuna and cheese
We recommend taking tuna in your own juice, because it will be too greasy in oil.
You will need: 8 slices of toast bread, 1 can of tuna, 200 g of cheese, 20 g of butter, half a cucumber.
Preparation: Mash the tuna with a fork and add spices and herbs to taste. Add grated cheese there and mix. Fry the bread, brush all the pieces with butter and put in half a few slices of cucumber and tuna with cheese. Cover the sandwich.
3. Club sandwich with bacon
The most classic sandwich recipe in our selection!
You will need: 300 g bacon, toast bread, 8 slices of ham, 4 slices of cheese, 1 red onion, 100 g of mayonnaise, 4 tomatoes, lettuce.
Preparation: Toast the bread on one side and brush with mayonnaise on the other. Top with cheese, bacon and meat, followed by tomato slices, onion rings and lettuce. Cover with a second piece of bread.
4. Herring sandwich
A minimum of ingredients and nothing more!
You will need: 300 g herring fillets, bread or rolls, half a red onion, 3 pickled cucumbers.
Preparation: Chop the onion finely, cut the cucumbers into thin slices and the herring into small pieces. Put everything on the bread and cover with a second slice. And cut the bun with a book, but not completely, and fill it with the filling.
5. Sandwich with red fish and cream cheese
Choose lightly salted or smoked fish.
You will need: 8 slices of bread, 100 g of Philadelphia or other cream cheese, 2 tsp. olive oil, 2 tsp. balsamic, dill, 4 pieces of red fish, 4 lettuce leaves, pepper.
Preparation: Combine cheese with olive oil, balsamic, pepper and chopped dill. Put lettuce leaves on 4 slices of bread, brush with cheese and put red fish. Brush the remaining bread, too, with cheese and cover with the sandwiches.
6. Sandwich with chicken and tomatoes
We recommend taking several different types of cheese for a rich taste.
You will need: 2 slices of bread, 1 chicken fillet, 1 slice of hard cheese, 30 g of soft cream cheese, 1 tomato, herbs, lettuce.
Preparation: Boil the chicken and cut into slices. Brush one piece of bread with cream cheese and herbs, and on the second, add hard cheese and chicken. Add tomato slices and lettuce and make a sandwich.
7. Sandwich with tuna, apple and cucumber
An original and almost dietary recipe for a homemade sandwich.
You will need: 1 can of tuna, toast bread, 1 tablespoon each yogurt and Dijon mustard, half a red onion, 1 celery stalk, 1 green apple, 1 bunch of green onions, 1 cucumber, 1 egg.
Preparation: Boil an egg and dry or toast toast bread. Mash the tuna with a fork, chop the rest of the ingredients, and stir in the yogurt and mustard. Place the filling on a slice of bread and cover with the second.
8. Banana sandwich
Here is such an unexpected sandwich instead of dessert!
You will need: 4 slices of bread, 2 bananas, 1 egg, 0.5 cups of milk, a pinch of cinnamon, 1 tbsp. butter, salt and sugar.
Preparation: Beat eggs with milk and spices, dip pieces of bread there and fry.Put half a banana on one piece, cover with the second, press down and keep it on fire for a little more. Pour honey or syrup to taste.
9. Turkey and arugula sandwich
Chicken works too, but turkey is much softer and juicier.
You will need: 2 slices of bread, 50 g of turkey fillet, 2 cherry tomatoes, arugula, 20 g of cheese.
Preparation: Cut a slice of boiled or baked turkey fillet and place on top of a piece of bread. Top with arugula, tomato halves, cheese, tomatoes again, and cover with a second piece of bread. Send the sandwich to the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
10. Sandwich with avocado and tomatoes
Light vegetable sandwich without meat and eggs.
You will need: 1 tomato, half an avocado, toast bread, 1 green onion feather, 20 g cream cheese, spices and herbs.
Preparation: Mix cream cheese with spices and herbs and brush on one slice of bread. Mash the spiced avocado with a fork, and brush the second bite. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, add tomato slices and make a sandwich.
11. Sandwich with sausage and pickles
Boiled, smoked or salami - it doesn't matter which sausage you take.
You will need: 4 slices of toast bread, 100 g sausage, 100 g pickles, 1 tbsp. ketchup, herbs, 100 g of cheese.
Preparation: Dry the bread and brush half with ketchup. Arrange the sausage, pickled cucumber slices, chopped herbs and a slice of cheese, and cover with bread on top. Optionally bake some sandwiches in the oven.
12. Eggplant sandwich
Unusual, but very satisfying snack for lunch!
You will need: 2 eggplants, 2 tomatoes, toast bread, 1 egg, 200 g mozzarella, spices, cilantro.
Preparation: Cut the eggplants into rings, salt and leave to release the bitterness, and then rinse and fry on both sides until tender. Chop the cilantro finely and cut the tomatoes into slices. Dip the bread into a beaten egg on one side and fry, and on the other, sprinkle it with spices and lay out the eggplants. Put cheese and tomatoes on top, and then - again bread, fried in an egg.
13. Chicken, Strawberry and Basil Sandwich
A bold combination of products that tastes amazing.
You will need: 300 g chicken fillet, 100 g cream cheese, 120 g strawberries, basil, bread, lettuce, spices.
Preparation: Dip the chicken in salt and pepper and fry in a pan. Chop the basil finely and mix it with the cheese and spices. Cut the strawberries into thin slices and cut the cooled chicken in the same way. Brush the bread with cheese, then lay out the strawberries, chicken and lettuce leaves, and connect two such blanks.
14. Sandwich with boiled pork and mustard
We recommend baking the sandwich in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
You will need: 8 slices of bread, 30 g of butter, 30 g of granular mustard, 200 g of ham, 200 g of cheese, 200 g of boiled pork, 8 pickled cucumbers.
Preparation: Cut ham, pork, cheese and cucumbers into thin slices. Brush 4 slices of bread with butter, and the rest with mustard. Put ham, cheese, boiled pork and cucumbers on the butter, and cover with mustard toast.
15. Cheese and pear sandwich
For a more delicious sandwich, goat or sheep cheese!
You will need: 8 slices of bread, 75 g of peanuts, 5 tbsp. olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 pears, 2 tsp each. lemon juice and honey, 150 g of cheese, spices.
Preparation: Whisk the peanuts, garlic and spiced olive oil in a blender and brush over half of the bread. Cut the pears into thin slices, spread on top, drizzle with lemon juice and fields with honey. Sprinkle them with grated cheese and cover with the remaining bread.
16. Sandwich with sardines and cream cheese
Ordinary canned sardines in oil will do.
You will need: 125 g sardines, toast bread, 125 g cream cheese, lemon, 0.5 tbsp. Dijon mustard, spices and herbs.
Preparation: Combine cheese with mustard, spices, herbs and lemon juice to taste. Add sardines there and mash well with a fork or beat with a blender. Dry the bread, brush with fish mass and cover with another slice on top.
17.Homemade seafood sandwich
To make it faster, take ready-made seafood in oil. Or you can fry the frozen ones in spices!
You will need: 150 g shrimp, 100 g mussels, 200 g cream cheese, 3 stalks of green onions, 3 tbsp. capelin roe, 1 tomato, toast bread, lettuce, spices.
Preparation: Chop the seafood coarsely and mix the cream cheese with spices, capelin caviar and chopped green onions. Brush half of the bread slices with cheese, lay out the seafood, and top with tomato slices and lettuce. Cover with the remaining pieces of bread on top.
18. Sandwich with red fish, cottage cheese and kiwi
You will definitely try this sandwich for the first time!
You will need: 6 slices of toast bread, 6 slices of red fish, 3 kiwi, 1 cucumber, 400 g of cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 bunch of dill.
Preparation: Grate a cucumber on a coarse grater, squeeze out excess juice and mix with cottage cheese, mayonnaise and chopped dill. Grease pieces of bread with this mass, put red fish on top, and thin kiwi slices on it. Build a sandwich from the halves.
19. Sandwich with crab sticks
It is more convenient to take not even bread, but a cut bun or ciabatta.
You will need: 500 g crab sticks, bread, half a head of iceberg, 1 celery stalk, 80 g butter, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, spices.
Preparation: Chop crab sticks finely and toss with chopped celery, mayonnaise and spices. Brush the bread with butter, fry and put the chopped salad inside. And then - crab filling.
20. Pork and apple sandwich
Take a few pieces of baked pork or cooked boiled pork.
You will need: 300 g pork, 8 slices of bread, 4 pickles, 4 lettuce leaves, 1 green apple, 300 ml mayonnaise, 1 tsp each. sugar, salt and curry, 1 tbsp. dijon mustard.
Preparation: Beat the apple in a blender and add mayonnaise, mustard and spices to it. Dry the bread in the oven or microwave and brush it with this sauce. Top with pork, lettuce and cucumbers. All that remains is to combine the sandwiches.
