3. Buckwheat porridge on water with milk
A simple version of milk porridge with buckwheat, which even children will like.
You will need: 200 g buckwheat, 1 glass of water, 2 glasses of milk, a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. Sahara.
Preparation: Boil water with sugar, add salt, washed buckwheat and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour in boiling milk and turn it off after 2 minutes. Leave the porridge covered for 10 minutes.
4. Thick buckwheat milk porridge
Crushed buckwheat kernels are called "Prodel".
You will need: 200 g of buckwheat, 1 glass of water, 200 ml of milk, a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. sugar, 20 g butter.

5. Milk buckwheat porridge with vanilla
Use a bag of vanilla sugar instead of vanillin.
You will need: 1 glass of buckwheat, 2 glasses of milk, 200 ml of water, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp. sugar, vanillin on the tip of a knife.
Preparation: Boil water, add salt, sugar and washed buckwheat. Boil the porridge for 7 minutes, add boiling milk, vanillin and tomi for another 4 minutes.
6. Buckwheat porridge with dried apricots in milk
If the dried apricots are soft, then you do not need to soak them.
You will need: 1 glass of buckwheat, 3 glasses of milk, 100 ml of water, 100 g of dried apricots, a pinch of salt, 2 tsp. Sahara.

11. Milk porridge with buckwheat, pumpkin and apple
The number of apples and pumpkins can be changed to your liking.
You will need: 200 g buckwheat, 200 g pumpkin, 1 apple, 500 ml of milk, a glass of water, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, 20 g butter.
Preparation: Cut the pumpkin and apple, add water, milk, sugar, salt and cook for 10 minutes. Pour in the washed buckwheat and cook for another 15 minutes. Add oil and remove the porridge from the heat.
12. Porridge with buckwheat and rice in milk
If you are going to use a multicooker, then cook in the "Pilaf" mode.

You can cook such porridge in a large cauldron or portioned pots.

15. Buckwheat porridge with milk in a slow cooker
Cooking porridge in a multicooker is much easier and faster!
You will need: 300 g buckwheat, 600 ml of milk, a glass of water, a pinch of salt, 1.5 tbsp. sugar, 20 g butter.
Preparation: Pour washed buckwheat, salt and sugar into the multicooker bowl. Add oil, water and milk. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on the Milk Porridge program. After turning off, leave the dish covered for 15-20 minutes.
