1. Classic chicken soup with dumplings
If the dumpling dough is too thick, add a little broth.
You will need: 2 liters of water, half a chicken, 350 g of potatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 120 g flour, 1 egg, 3 stalks of dill, 15 g of salt, 4 black peppercorns, ground black pepper to taste.
Preparation: Boil the chicken in salted water with spices for 40 minutes. Add the diced potatoes. Fry chopped onions with carrots until golden brown and pour into a saucepan.
In a separate container, beat the egg with salt and ground pepper. Add flour and stir until smooth. Place the dumplings in the soup and boil for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, salt and turn off.
2. Soup with chicken and dumplings without frying
Light soup is perfect for lunch or dinner.
You will need: 2 liters of water, 350 g of chicken fillet, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 5 tbsp. flour, 1 egg, salt, pepper, 3 black peppercorns, 1 bay leaf, parsley.
Preparation: Chop chicken fillet and boil with spices for 30 minutes. Add potato cubes, whole onion and finely chopped carrots.
Beat the egg with salt and ground pepper, add flour and mix until smooth. Place the dumplings in the soup and boil for 7 minutes. Add finely chopped greens and season over salt.
3. Chicken soup with cheese dumplings
To make the cheese easier to grate, put it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
You will need: 2 liters of water, 400 g of chicken, 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 100 g of hard cheese, 2 tbsp. flour, 50 g butter, 1 egg, 1 bay leaf, 4 black peppercorns, 2 tsp. salt, herbs.
Preparation: Pour the sliced meat with cold water and cook for 30 minutes. Add potato cubes. Fry chopped onions and carrots in butter. Pour the roast into a saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
Beat eggs with salt and ground pepper, add flour and finely grated cheese, mix. Spoon the dumplings into the boiling soup with a teaspoon and cook for 5 minutes. Before turning off, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and salt.
4. Soup with chicken, tomato and dumplings
You can serve the soup with sour cream or a slice of lemon.
You will need: 400 g chicken, 2 l water, 250 g potatoes, 200 g asparagus, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 3 sprigs of parsley, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 120 g flour, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation: Boil the chicken for 40 minutes. Add chopped potatoes and asparagus. Fry chopped onions with carrots in a skillet for 4 minutes, add tomato paste and 150 ml of broth. After 5 minutes, pour the frying into the soup.
Stir the egg with ground pepper, salt and flour. Place small dumplings in soup and boil for 5 minutes. Add salt, ground black pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley and turn off.
5. Chicken soup with cheese and tomato dumplings
The soup takes on a delicious creamy taste.
You will need: 3 liters of water, half a chicken, 300 g of potatoes, 2 processed cheese, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 150 g of green peas, 180 g of flour, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 2 tsp. salt, ground black pepper, 1 bay leaf, 3 allspice peas, herbs, 30 ml of vegetable oil.
Preparation: Boil the meat with spices for half an hour, add the potato cubes. Finely chop the onion, grated carrots. Fry them until golden brown and pour into a saucepan.
Combine eggs with tomato paste, salt, ground pepper and flour. Spoon the dumplings into the soup. Add the diced cheese and boil for 5 minutes. Salt and add chopped greens.
6. Soup with chicken, dumplings and cauliflower
Use only cabbage inflorescences, no thick branches are needed.
You will need: 2.5 liters of water, 400 g of chicken, 3 potatoes, 250 g of cauliflower, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, 30 ml of vegetable oil, 4 tbsp.flour, 1 egg, herbs, salt and pepper.
Preparation: Boil chicken in salted water for 30 minutes, add potato cubes and chopped cauliflower. Lightly fry the chopped carrots, onions and bell peppers and add to the saucepan.
Stir the egg with salt, ground pepper and flour until smooth. Spoon the dumplings into the soup. After 5 minutes, add the herbs and salt.
7. Chicken soup with semolina dumplings
After cooking, the soup should be infused for 10-15 minutes.
You will need: 2 liters of water, 400 g of chicken quarters, 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, 4 tbsp. semolina, 1 egg, 2 tsp. salt, ground black pepper, 2 bay leaves, 3 allspice peas, herbs.
Preparation: Boil the bay leaf and allspice chicken for 40 minutes. Add chopped potatoes, carrots and cook for another 7 minutes.
Mix semolina with egg, salt and ground pepper. Spoon the dumplings into the soup with a teaspoon. After 5 minutes, add over salt, sprinkle with chopped herbs and remove from heat.
8. Chicken soup with potato dumplings
You can add your favorite spices to the dumpling dough: paprika, turmeric or marjoram.
You will need: 2 liters of water, 400 g of chicken fillet, 200 g of celery stalks, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 400 g of potatoes, 50 g of butter, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. salt, ground black pepper, 1 bay leaf, herbs.
Preparation: Cut fillet and boil with bay leaf for 30 minutes. Fry chopped onions with carrots until golden brown and add to the soup.
In a separate saucepan, boil the potatoes until tender, cool and mash with a crush. Add flour, egg, salt and ground pepper. Place the dumplings in a saucepan, pour in chopped celery. After 6 minutes, salt and sprinkle with herbs.
9. Soup with chicken, buckwheat and dumplings
If you pre-fry the buckwheat in a pan, then its aroma will increase significantly.
You will need: 400 g chicken breast, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 egg, 120 g flour, 3 tbsp. buckwheat, 20 g of salt, ground black pepper, 2 sprigs of dill, 2 liters of water.
Preparation: Boil the chicken for 30 minutes, add buckwheat and diced potatoes. Fry chopped onions with carrots in a skillet and pour into a saucepan.
Combine the egg with flour, salt and ground pepper. Shape the dumplings and spoon into a saucepan with a teaspoon. After 5 minutes, add finely chopped herbs and salt.
10. Chicken soup with dumplings and mushrooms
You can use champignons, oyster mushrooms or dried mushrooms.
You will need: 2.5 liters of water, 400 g of chicken, 300 g of mushrooms, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 30 ml of vegetable oil, 120 g of flour, 1 egg, 3 sprigs of curly parsley, 2 tsp. salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation: Boil the chicken in salted water for 30 minutes. Pour in the chopped potatoes and carrots. Fry the chopped onion until transparent, add the chopped mushrooms and cook until the moisture evaporates. Put the roast into a saucepan.
Beat eggs with salt, ground pepper and flour. Spoon the dumplings into the soup and cook for another 5 minutes. Finish with salt and sprinkle with herbs.
11. Chicken soup with cheese and spinach dumplings
This soup is much easier and faster to prepare than you think!
You will need: 400 g chicken, 300 g potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 100 g hard cheese, 50 g butter, 30 ml vegetable oil, 50 g spinach, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 egg, 2 tsp. salt, ground black pepper, 1 bay leaf, 3 allspice peas, 3 stalks of herbs, 2.5 liters of water.
Preparation: Boil chicken with spices until half cooked. Add chopped potatoes. Fry chopped carrots and onions in vegetable oil.
Finely grated sodium cheese, chop spinach with a knife or in a blender. Add egg, flour, salt, ground pepper and melted butter. Spoon the dumplings into the soup and boil for 7 minutes. At the end, sprinkle with herbs and add salt.
12. Soup with chicken meatballs and dumplings
Chicken mince cooks quickly, so try to cook it for no longer than 7 minutes.
You will need: 2 liters of water, 250 g of minced chicken, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, 4 tablespoons. flour, 1 egg, 30 ml of vegetable oil, herbs, ground black pepper and salt to taste.
Preparation: Boil water, add diced potatoes and boil for 5 minutes. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper, grated carrots. Fry vegetables until golden brown and pour into a saucepan. Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, shape the meatballs and toss them into the soup.
Beat the egg lightly with salt, ground pepper, add flour. Place the dumplings in the soup and boil for 5 minutes. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
13. Chicken soup with beans and dumplings
If instead of canned beans there are dry beans, soak them in advance for 6-8 hours.
You will need: 2.5 liters of water, 300 g of chicken fillet, half a can of canned beans, 2 potatoes, 200 g of asparagus, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 50 g of butter, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 10 g of salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation: Boil the fillets in salted water for half an hour. Chop potatoes, onions and asparagus, grated carrots on a fine grater. Place potatoes and asparagus in a saucepan. Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil and add to the soup.
Combine the egg with salt and ground pepper. Add flour, melted butter and some broth. Knead the dough until smooth. Put the dumplings in the soup, followed by the beans. After 7 minutes, salt and sprinkle with herbs.
14. Chicken soup with pumpkin dumplings
Appetizing soup with a bright, but very delicate taste.
You will need: 2 liters of water, 1 chicken breast, 300 g of potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 4 tbsp. flour, 100 g pumpkin puree, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1.5 tsp. salt, a pinch of ground black pepper, 3 allspice peas, 1 bay leaf, 2 stalks of green onions.
Preparation: Boil the meat with spices for 30 minutes, add the chopped potatoes. Chop the onions and carrots and fry until golden brown. Pour the roast into a saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
Mix pumpkin puree with egg, salt, pepper and flour. Put the dumplings in the soup. After 5 minutes, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions, salt and remove from heat.
15. Soup with chicken, cabbage and dumplings
Cut the cabbage into thin, short strips so that it is easy to catch with a spoon.
You will need: 2 liters of water, 350 g of chicken quarter, 2 potatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 300 g of white cabbage, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 egg, salt, ground black pepper, 3 stalks of parsley.
Preparation: Boil the meat in salted water for 40 minutes. Chop potatoes, onions and cabbage, grated carrots. Add potatoes to the soup. Fry onions with carrots and pour into a saucepan.
Beat the egg lightly with salt and pepper, add flour and mix until smooth. Spoon the dumplings into the boiling soup. Add the cabbage. After 7 minutes, salt, pepper and sprinkle with herbs.
16. Chicken soup with garlic dumplings
A fragrant dish will not leave anyone indifferent.
You will need: 400 g chicken, 3 potatoes, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 carrot, 150 g flour, 1 egg, 50 g butter, 1 tsp. salt, a mixture of ground peppers, 2 liters of water.
Preparation: Boil the chicken in salted water for 30 minutes. Add potato cubes and finely chopped carrots.
Beat the egg lightly with salt and ground pepper. Add flour, melted butter, squeeze garlic through a press. Shape the dumplings with a spoon and toss into the boiling soup. After 5 minutes, add spices and turn off.
17. Chicken soup with lentils, dumplings and mushrooms
Green lentils are cooked slowly, but they retain their shape perfectly.
You will need: 2.5 water, 400 g chicken breast, 200 g mushrooms, 2 potatoes, 120 lentils, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 egg, ground black pepper, salt, 1 bay leaf.
Preparation: Boil the meat in salted water with bay leaves for 30 minutes. Chop potatoes, mushrooms, onions, grated carrots. Place the potatoes in a saucepan and cook for 7 minutes. Fry onions, carrots and mushrooms until golden brown and add to the soup.
Mix flour with egg, salt and ground pepper. Spoon the dumplings and cook for another 5 minutes. Salt the soup and turn it off.
18. Soup with chicken, rice and dumplings
To make the dough come off the spoon easily, immerse it in the soup beforehand.
You will need: 3 liters of water, half a chicken, 100 g of rice, 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, 120 g of flour, 1 egg, salt, ground pepper, dill.
Preparation: Boil the chicken for half an hour, add the potato cubes. After 5 minutes, add rice and finely chopped carrots.
Mix the egg, flour, salt and pepper into a homogeneous batter. Place the dumplings in the soup and boil for 5 minutes. Add herbs, salt and pepper.
19. Chicken soup with beetroot dumplings
If you don't have time to cook beets, you can add a few drops of freshly squeezed beetroot juice to the dough.
You will need: 2 liters of water, 400 g of chicken, 1 boiled beet, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 30 ml of vegetable oil, 100 g of hard cheese, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. flour, 30 g sour cream, herbs, salt and ground pepper to taste.
Preparation: Boil meat in salted water for 30 minutes, add chopped potatoes. Fry chopped onions, carrots and bell peppers and pour into a saucepan.
Beets and sodium cheese on a fine grater. Add sour cream, egg, flour, salt and ground pepper. Place the dumplings in the soup and boil for 5 minutes. Salt, sprinkle with herbs and turn it off.
20. Chicken soup with peas and dumplings
Soak the peas in cold water for 4-5 hours before making the soup.
You will need: Half chicken, 200 g peas, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 120 g flour, 1 egg, 30 ml vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt, herbs, 2.5 liters of water.
Preparation: Boil the peas until half cooked and add the chicken. After half an hour, pour in diced potatoes. Fry chopped carrots with onions and pour into a saucepan.
