Dissolve the starch in milk and pour into a saucepan along with the cream. Boil for a couple of minutes, add corn and boil for the same amount.

Preparation: Cut the meat into strips and marinate for an hour in soy sauce with sugar, chili and chopped cilantro. Boil 2 liters of water and put the meat and marinade in it.

Fry the mushrooms in butter, pour in a little more water and simmer for 10 minutes, and then add to the meat. When the meat is cooked, put the rice vermicelli and garlic in the soup, and keep it covered for another 5-10 minutes. Finally, add chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

You will need: 500 ml of broth, 140 g of buckwheat noodles, 200 g of chicken, 1 bunch of parsley, green onions, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 hot pepper, 1 tbsp. sesame oil.
