1. Classic strawberry jam

When calculating the proportions, the weight of the berries without the stalks is taken into account.
You will need: 1 kg strawberries, 1 kg sugar, 2 tbsp. lemon juice.
Preparation: Pour half the sugar into the washed strawberries and leave for 4 hours. Drain the juice and add the remaining sugar to it. Bring the mixture to a boil. Pour in strawberries, boil for 5 minutes and remove for 4 hours. Then drain the syrup again, boil, add the berries and boil for 5 minutes. Repeat the steps 5-6 times. Add lemon juice for the last time and cook for 15 minutes.
3. Strawberry jam "Pyatiminutka"
In this jam, the strawberry retains its color and shape.
You will need: 2 kg of strawberries, 1.5 kg of sugar.
Preparation: Rinse the berries, dry and cover with sugar in a deep basin. After 5 hours, bring to a boil and simmer for 7 minutes. Pour the jam into sterilized jars, roll up and wrap it up with a warm towel for a day.
4. Thick strawberry jam
You can grind strawberries in a blender, using a meat grinder or in a regular mortar.
You will need: 1 kg of strawberries, 800 g of sugar, a slice of lemon.
Preparation: Rinse the strawberries, dry them and chop them in a blender. Add sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat, squeeze out the lemon juice, and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. Arrange hot jam in prepared jars.
5. Strawberry jam without cooking
Be sure to keep this jam in the refrigerator!
You will need: 2 kg of strawberries, 2 kg of sugar.
Preparation: Rinse the berries, dry and mince. Add sugar and mix everything thoroughly. Put the jam in clean dry jars and cover with nylon lids.
6. Strawberry jam "One day"
An easy way to make strawberry jam without the hassle.
You will need: 2 kg strawberries, 2 kg sugar, 2 tbsp. lemon juice.
Preparation: Sort out the strawberries, rinse and dry. Put the berries in a deep saucepan, cover with sugar and leave for a day. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add citric acid and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Put the jam in the jars and roll up.
7. Strawberry jam "Royal"
The alcohol in the recipe can be replaced with cognac.
You will need: 4 kg of strawberries, 5 kg of sugar, 120 g of alcohol, 2 tbsp. lemon juice.
Preparation: Pour the washed berries with sugar, cover with a cloth and remove for a day. Bring to a boil over low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Add citric acid and cook for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat, pour in alcohol, stir and put in jars.
8. Strawberry jam "French style"
The berries are whole.
You will need: 2 kg of large strawberries, 1.5 kg of sugar, 2 lemons.
Preparation: Rinse the strawberries, dry them and put them in a saucepan. Cover with sugar, cover with gauze and leave overnight. Add lemon juice and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Cool, drain the syrup and continue to cook for another 40 minutes. Transfer the berries to the syrup, cook for 5 minutes. Pour hot jam into jars.
9. Strawberry jam with gelatin

17. Strawberry jam with vanilla
You can use vanillin.
You will need: 2 kg strawberries, 2 kg sugar, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 bags of vanilla sugar.
