1. Cabbage cutlets in a pan

Preparation: Boil the cabbage for 10 minutes and chop finely with a knife. Fry grated carrots with onions and add to cabbage. Add grated cheese, chopped herbs, egg, spices, flour and some breadcrumbs there until a comfortable consistency. Shape and fry the patties 3-4 minutes per side.
9. Cabbage and minced meat cutlets
The original version of cabbage and meat cutlets.
You will need: 400 g cabbage, 1 egg, 150 g minced meat, spices, 0.5 bunch of green onions, 10 tbsp. flour.

Preparation: Boil potatoes and buckwheat until tender, and chop onions, carrots and cabbage and stew until soft. Puree the potatoes and mix all the ingredients into a thick, spiced vegetable mince. Shape and fry the patties in a skillet.
