1. Potato casserole with cheese
Not only delicious, but also a beautiful casserole with an appetizing golden brown crust.
You will need: 5 potatoes, 100 g of cheese, 2 eggs, 5 tbsp. yogurt, spices.
Preparation: Grate cheese and mix half with yogurt, 1 egg and spices. Mix the potatoes grated on a coarse grater with the same sauce, and put everything in a mold. Mix the remaining cheese with the remaining egg, pour in the casserole and put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
2. Potato casserole with sour cream
Just three ingredients and spices to taste!
You will need: 1 kg of potatoes, 400 g of sour cream, 50 g of butter, spices and herbs.
Preparation: Cut the potatoes into thin slices, mix with spices and melted butter, and place in a mold. Pour sour cream on top and bake for about an hour at 200 degrees.
3. Potato casserole with mayonnaise
Due to the fat content of the mayonnaise, the casserole is not so dry.
You will need: 4 potatoes, 80 g mayonnaise, 1 egg, 80 g cheese, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices.
Preparation: Mix mayonnaise with egg, spices and grated cheese. Slice the potatoes into slices and overlap them in an oiled pan. Pour in the sauce, lay out the second layer - and so on until the end of the food. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
4. Potato casserole with tomato sauce
To make the casserole more satisfying, we suggest adding minced meat.
You will need: 700 g potatoes, 50 g butter, 75 ml milk, 100 g cheese, 400 g minced meat, 200 g tomato sauce.
Preparation: Boil the potatoes until soft and mashed with butter, milk, spices and some grated cheese. Brown the minced meat in a skillet, pour in the tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Put the minced meat in a mold, spread the potatoes on top and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
5. Potato casserole with tomatoes
Choose large, dense tomatoes that can be cut into nice slices.
You will need: 600 g potatoes, 4 tomatoes, 150 g cheese, 200 ml cream, 20 g butter, 1 bunch of herbs.
Preparation: Cut the potatoes into slices, put them in a baking dish and cover with warm cream. Sprinkle with grated oil and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Top with tomato slices, sprinkle with chopped herbs and grated cheese, and bake for another 20 minutes.
6. Potato casserole with cabbage
It turns out very tasty with young potatoes and cabbage.
You will need: 10 potatoes, 0.5 cabbage, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. bread crumbs, spices.
Preparation: Coarsely chop the potatoes, boil until tender and mash in mashed potatoes. Chop carrots, onions and cabbage and simmer until soft. Add spices and tomato paste, and more stew. Put half of the potatoes, vegetables and potatoes again. Brush with beaten egg and sour cream on top and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
7. Potato casserole with eggs and milk
This recipe has more eggs, which makes the casserole very satisfying.
You will need: 8 potatoes, 3 onions, 50 g butter, 100 ml milk, 5 eggs.
Preparation: Boil potatoes, cut into wedges and mix with spices and onion rings. Whisk the eggs with milk and ghee and top over the casserole. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
8. Potato casserole with fish and carrots
Take pollock, cod or any white fish.
You will need: 1 kg of potatoes, 1 kg of fish, 450 g of carrots, 350 g of onions, 300 g of sour cream, spices.
Preparation: Chop the onion, grate the carrots, and fry them until soft, and then season.Cut the fish into cubes and the potatoes into slices, and mix everything with the spices. Layer potatoes, fish and vegetables in layers, cover with oil from frying, and then - sour cream. Send the casserole to the oven for 45 minutes at 200 degrees under foil.
9. Potato casserole with zucchini
And for a change, you can cut everything into circles and lay out in layers.
You will need: 2 potatoes, 1 zucchini, 1 carrot, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp. milk, spices.
Preparation: Cut the potatoes into small cubes, and the courgette and sodium carrots on a coarse grater. Mix vegetables and place in a mold. Pour everything with a beaten egg with milk, flour and spices, send to the oven and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
10. Potato casserole with eggplant
Be sure to add chopped cilantro and green onions.
You will need: 250 g potatoes, 200 g eggplant, 150 g cheese, 250 ml cream, 1 egg, spices.
Preparation: Cut the potatoes and eggplants into large strips, mix with the spices and place in a mold. Whisk the egg and cream and top over the casserole. Top with grated cheese and cook in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
11. Potato casserole with minced meat
The perfect combination of flavors and textures!
You will need: 1 kg of potatoes, 500 g of minced meat, 250 g of onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 50 g of butter, 1 bunch of herbs, 100 g of cheese, 100 ml of yogurt, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, spices.
Preparation: Chop the onion and sauté until golden brown in butter. Add minced meat to it, stew a little more. Boil potatoes and cut into arbitrary pieces. Combine yogurt with tomato paste, spices, crushed garlic, herbs and grated cheese. Lay the minced meat and potatoes in layers, fill with the filling and send to the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
12. Potato casserole with sausages

You will need: 1 kg of potatoes, 200 g of sausages, 150 g of cheese, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp. butter, spices.
Preparation: Boil the potatoes until tender and mash in mashed potatoes with butter, and then mix with eggs and spices. Put the mashed potatoes in a mold, sprinkle with grated cheese, spread slices of sausages on top and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
13. Potato Chicken Casserole

You will need: 1 kg of potatoes, 500 g of chicken, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 150 g of cheese, mayonnaise, spices.
Preparation: Cut the fillets into plates, beat and roll in spices. Cut the potatoes into slices, put them in a mold and lightly brush with mayonnaise. Top with chicken, onion rings, tomato slices, mayonnaise and grated cheese again. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.

You will need: 1 kg of potatoes, 2 eggs, 3 onions, 1 glass of milk, 3 tbsp. butter, 300 g mushrooms, 3 tbsp. sour cream, spices.

You will need: 1 kg of potatoes, 500 g of broccoli, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 pepper, 1 tomato, 200 g of herbs, 250 ml of cream, spices, 30 g of butter, 1 egg.
Preparation: Cut and boil the potatoes until tender, and lightly boil the broccoli inflorescences. Finely chop the rest of the vegetables and fry for a couple of minutes until soft. Mix the broccoli and half the cream fried, and the mashed potatoes with the remaining cream and butter.
