1. Lasagna with minced pork
Add oregano, rosemary, basil and other aromatic spices.
You will need: 300 g of pork, 1 onion, 200 ml of tomato juice, 30 ml of wine, 2 tomatoes, cheese, spices, 170 g of flour, 50 ml of water, 1 egg, 15 g of butter, milk.

2. Lasagna with minced chicken
To make it faster and more convenient, use ready-made lasagna sheets.
You will need: 700 g minced chicken, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 50 g tomato paste, spices, 1 bunch of parsley, 100 g butter, 4 tbsp. flour, 600 ml of milk, 12 sheets of lasagna, 400 g of cheese.
Preparation: Chop the onion finely and fry it with the minced meat. Peel the tomatoes and grind them in a blender with tomato paste and spices. Add the sauce to the minced meat and simmer for 15 minutes, covered.
Melt the butter, add flour and stir. Pour in milk gradually and continue stirring until smooth for about 5 minutes. Add a third of the sauce to the minced meat too. Boil the lasagna sheets until half cooked, put everything in a mold in layers and sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
3. Lasagna with ground beef
The cooking process is quite long, but still very simple!
You will need: 10 lasagna sheets, 600 g ground beef, 70 g tomato paste, 100 ml tomato juice, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 50 g butter, 50 g flour, 150 ml water, 900 ml milk, 200 g cheese, spices and herbs.
Preparation: Chop onions and carrots and fry them with minced meat until tender. Add spices and water, stew for 20 minutes, and add tomato paste, tomato juice and herbs.
Melt the butter, fry the flour on it, pour in the milk and boil the sauce until it boils. Season at the end and pour into a mold. Gather the lasagne in layers, and sprinkle each layer with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 220 degrees.
4. Lasagna with minced fish
Unconventional, but still very interesting and unusual recipe.
You will need: 4 sheets of lasagna, 300 g of minced fish, 1 glass of water, 0.5 cups of sour cream, 100 g of mozzarella, 2 tomatoes, 2 tablespoons. tomato paste, spices.
Preparation: Fry minced fish with spices until tender, add water and sour cream, and bring everything to a boil. Mix the tomato paste with chopped tomatoes and herbs. Put the lasagna leaf, tomato sauce, minced meat, mozzarella in a mold, and repeat. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. Lasagna with minced meat and mushrooms
There are no mushrooms in the classic lasagna recipe, but they fit here like family!

Boil lasagna sheets until half cooked, and collect the lasagna in layers. Pour the rest of the sauce on top, cover with grated cheese and bake for about 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
6.Lasagna with minced meat in a skillet
A quick and easy express lasagna recipe.
You will need: 10 sheets of lasagna, 800 g of tomatoes in their own juice, 1 onion, 450 g of minced meat, spices, 220 g of tomato sauce, 120 g of hard cheese, 220 g of ricotta.
Preparation: Pass the onion through a meat grinder, mix with minced meat and spices, and fry everything together. Chop the tomatoes finely and add 140 ml of water to them.
When the minced meat is cooked, place the lasagna halves on top, add the tomatoes and tomato sauce, and cook for about 20-30 minutes under the lid over low heat. At the end, cover everything with cheese and leave until it melts.

You will need: 500 g minced meat, 80 g onions, 10 tbsp. tomato paste, 200 g lasagne sheets, 150 g cheese, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. butter, 1.5 cups of milk, 2 eggs, spices.
Preparation: Fry the onion with minced meat, spices and tomato paste for about 15 minutes. Fry the flour in butter, pour in the milk with spices and boil for 3-4 minutes. You will need: 8 lasagna sheets, 460 g spinach, 400 g onions, 250 g carrots, 600 g minced meat, 100 ml cream, 200 g mozzarella, 250 g tomatoes in their own juice, spices.
