1. Rustic potatoes like at McDonald's
Treat yourself to a portion of aromatic and crispy potatoes in a spice coat. Crunching for dinner is a great idea!
You will need: 5 - 6 potatoes of the same size, 5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, sea salt and 0.5 tsp. ground spices (turmeric, paprika, a mixture of peppers, curry, coriander, marjoram, etc.).
Preparation: Equip yourself with a hard-bristled brush and thoroughly wash each potato. Root vegetables should be perfectly clean, because potatoes are baked in a peel in a country style. Dry the tubers with napkins, cut into fairly large slices.
In a separate bowl, stir together the seasoning salt. Pour into a bowl of potatoes, add oil and mix well. Place the prepared wedges on a greased baking sheet, skin side down. Bake in oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. The potatoes should be well baked on the inside and crispy golden on the outside.
2. Baked potatoes in a "fur coat"
There is a secret ingredient in this recipe that will make the potato slices incredibly crispy!
You will need: 10 identical potatoes, 6 tbsp. l. olive oil, 7 tbsp. l. very fine corn grits, salt and favorite spices.
Preparation: If you come across old potatoes, then it is better to peel them (this is acceptable in this recipe), if the tubers are young, then just wash them well. Cut each root vegetable in half lengthwise, and then cut each half in half again.
Put the potatoes in a clean, tight plastic bag, add corn grits, salt and spices, olive oil there. Tie the free edge of the bag into a knot and shake well to mix well. Now place the potato slices on a baking sheet and baked in the oven.
3. Country style potatoes in breadcrumbs
Provence herbs give the potatoes a special aroma and flavor, and breadcrumbs will give you a super crisp crust.
You will need: 5 potatoes, 5 tbsp. l. bread crumbs, 5 tbsp. l. corn oil, dried provencal herbs, salt and pepper.

Add garlic finely chopped with a knife (or dried in a pile) there, salt and pepper, as they like in your family. Sprinkle with vegetable oil and mix well with your hands. Transfer to a baking sleeve, tie the loose edges with string. Ready in the oven until bright golden brown.
5. Village potatoes "Special"
A very unusual village style potato recipe, it can be called more troublesome, but believe me, it's worth it!
You will need: 650 g of potatoes, 1.5 packs of processed cheese, 300 ml of fresh milk, 3 cloves of garlic, salt and freshly ground pepper mixture.
Preparation: The potatoes must be peeled and cut into 0.5 cm thick circles. Pour salt and spices into the potatoes, stir and fold into a deep baking dish.Pass the garlic through a press, mix with a glass of milk and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with grated processed cheese on top. Bake in the oven until tender.
6. Country-style potatoes with eggplant
You can diversify your favorite dish by adding new ingredients to it. Try to bake potatoes with eggplant, it's very tasty and unusual!
You will need: 4 potatoes, 1 eggplant, 4 tbsp. l. flour, 1 onion, 5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 1 tsp. dried garlic, spices.
Preparation: Peel the potatoes and eggplants and cut into large cubes. Cut the onion into smaller pieces. First, until golden brown, fry the potatoes in vegetable oil. Separately, also fry the eggplants until golden brown, having previously rolled them in flour. The onions should be fried until crispy. Combine all the ingredients in a glass saucepan, add your favorite spices and microwave until tender.
7. Country style potatoes with liver
What kind of dishes have not been invented by chefs and culinary specialists, but potatoes with country-style liver are something special!
You will need: 680 g beef liver, 8 potatoes (larger), 1 large onion, 4 tbsp. l. sunflower oil, 170 ml of fresh milk, 1 - 2 tsp. fine sea salt, 1 tsp. baking soda.
Preparation: Cut the liver, cleared of all unnecessary, into medium-sized pieces. Put in a bowl, pour milk in which soda was previously dissolved. Leave it on for 50-60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then put it back on a sieve so that the glass will have excess moisture. Wash the potatoes and cut each tuber into 6 pieces.
Place a large skillet with the widest base on the fire. Pour in a couple of tablespoons of oil, put the pieces of liver in one layer and fry until golden brown over high heat. Separately in a saucepan in the remaining oil, fry the potato wedges. Transfer the liver, chopped onion rings to the golden potatoes. Fry everything together over medium heat, covered, for about 15 minutes. Add salt and spices when the dish is completely ready.
8. Fast potatoes
Baked potatoes with dill and garlic are an excellent side dish, appetizer, and a full-fledged independent dish!
You will need: 5 potatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, a bunch of dill, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and spicy salt.
Preparation: Wash and dry the potatoes. Use a toothpick to make shallow punctures around the perimeter of each tuber. Bake at maximum power in the microwave (this will take 5 - 6 minutes). Cut the potatoes into 4 - 6 pieces, salt and fry in oil until golden brown. Prepare a sauce from chopped dill and garlic with a couple of tablespoons of fragrant unrefined oil. Pour hot potatoes on them.
9. Village potatoes in a slow cooker
In a slow cooker, rustic potatoes also turn out to be crispy and very tasty.
You will need: 800 g medium potatoes, a couple of spoons of chicken seasoning, 2.5 tbsp. l. olive oil, sea salt.
Preparation: Peeled potatoes, thoroughly washed beforehand, cut into large wedges, salt and season to taste. Add vegetable oil, stir. Pour potatoes into the multicooker bowl, set the "Baking" mode for 55 - 60 minutes. Stop the program every ten minutes, open the lid and stir the potatoes, otherwise they will burn.
10. Country style potatoes with mushrooms
A very appetizing version of country-style potatoes, mushrooms give this dish a special sophistication!
You will need: 6 large potatoes, 350 g of mushrooms (ideally, if it is honey mushrooms), 1 large onion, 320 ml of sour cream.
Preparation: Place the potato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Top with onion cut into rings, salt and pepper. Next, spread the fresh mushrooms and pour sour cream over everything.
